Perfect fit for my Soundtouch 300 and TV. Pretty certain this was a return and that would be the reason for the low price. However all the parts were there and the only damage was a tiny scratch on the rear. The instructions are not entirely clear but once you get the hang of the pictures its ok. However, someone who is not good at these things may struggle to build it.
