Men's Slim-Fit 9" Chino Shorts

For $10, these fit the bill & fit my waste, hard to find a 31". The only color at this price is black. If I oder another color, the cost average would be $15, which is good. Fit & feel good, while more pockets would be nice.

These shorts are a good value. I bought two pairs, one beige and one navy. They are medium weight cotton. The leg length is perfect. The width of the shorts was perfect for the beige, but the blue shorts were a little wider, but wearable. The waist is true to size, which means if you lay the garment flat on a table and measure it the measurement is exactly 18 inches; which is half the waist size of 36. Many purchasers say they are small, but that is because when they buy most pants there is an inch or two added for a "vanity" fit by the manufacturer. Your skin measurement is not your pant size, unless you wear your shirts untucked. I wear my shirts tucked in, so that adds an inch to the waist size. I normally buy size 34, but purchased 36, and they fit, but not super snug. There are no wrinkles in the front or back of the shorts, which would indicate tightness. Overall, a good buy for the price.

Just got these shorts today and the first impression is solid. The fit is exactly as advertised, true to size with a slim but comfortable cut. The fabric feels soft and of good quality, not stiff like some other budget chinos. The color is sharp and looks just like the pictures. My only issue was that the pair I received had a noticeable stain right out of the package. I’ve already asked for a replacement, so hopefully that’s just a once off problem. If the replacement comes clean, these will be an easy go to short for the my upcoming travels.. At this price point, the quality feels like a win. Happy with it

These are my go to work shorts I deliver paint so I’m constantly getting dirty. Rubbing these against short objects only had one rip on me out of the 10 pair I bought. I love them for their price and ability and always fit great.

A good product at a good price, I've purchased 4 of these shorts. The fit is a little small, order a size up if in-between, but your normal size will work. The shorts look good, craftsmanship is very good, colours are true for the most part, no issues with the quality, and in a hot climate (me) they are lightweight, perfect for comfort, casual style, and have a nice-looking finish.

However, the inconsistent sizing and lack of stretch in the waist make them a less reliable option for online shopping. Overall, while the Amazon Essentials Men's Slim-Fit 9" Shorts have potential, their sizing inconsistencies are a major drawback. For a brand that aims to provide affordable basics, they need to improve their sizing accuracy to meet customer expectations.

I am very pleased with the quality and fit of these shorts. I now own a total of three and think they are a good value. The fit is as advertised.

I was looking for an everyday reasonably priced pair of shorts. I ordered these not expecting too much but they turned out to be an excellent pair of shorts. I am a smaller man and they fit nicely around my hips and legs. Not too baggy but not tight enough where you can’t bend over to pick stuff up. I am 5’5” and they sit just above the knee. They are a good quality shorts and are well made. Be aware that the colours in the description picture is a lot lighter than the actual product. I ordered the grey and khaki with anchors and they were considerably darker but still really nice. Order as per size. I bought the 30 waist and they were an exact fit. I’ve already got 3 more pairs in my cart.
