I embarked on a significant weightloss programme a few months ago with many different facets, and as an avid reader, I wanted to understand more. This book is the best of many that I've read and I keep on re-reading it to derive useful tips and suggestions as well as gain impulses. I wish I'd bought it in paper because the tables etc don't render well on a Kindle, but I've dropped a few hints and Christmas is coming ;) Congratulations and thanks to the author for a highly readable and equally well-researched and understandable piece of literature!
