I figured out how to make an envelope for an A2 sized card. The measurements for the cardstock should be 9 1/4 x 8 and you'll need to use the F,3 guides. See my review for pictures.

Mine did not come with a paper guide, I am assuming that it does?

Yes, mine included a paper guide with a visual for each step. 1. Select pocket size and style from chart. Cut paper to size according to chart. 2. Place guides according to chart with arrows pointing down and right. 3. Position paper under track. First chart measurement should be placed under numerical guide. Second chart measurement should be placed under alphabetical guide. 4. Cut corner of paper. 5. Flip paper so the cut corner is reflected horizontally. Cut corner of paper. 6. Flip paper again to square corners. Repeat steps 4 and 5. 7. Lift cutting guide, extending arms, and score paper. Flip paper and repeat. 8. Fold paper. Glue two long flaps then glue short flap up.
