Simple and works well
This is a simple cable tie (zip tie as I like to call them) puller and cutter. It works well, is easy to use, and is a good value. I recommend it. Since it doesn't have a fancy tension release mechanism you'll need to get a feel for how hard you can tension each type of zip tie.
