Best Blanket Ever!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
I ordered this particular product because I liked the idea of a blanket that wasn't so heavy and bulky but is still warm at the same time. This blanket is unbelievably warm and soft and it's really not heavy at all. It feels like a very light summer comforter but it's warm like it has three winter blankets in one. My husband and I keep fighting over who gets to curl up under it when we come home from work and hit the couch. I bought the full size, but now I love it so much I'm wishing I would have bought the king size instead. It's one of the best quality blankets I've ever purchased. It's a great deal for what you're paying. Oh so luxurious too. I highly recommend getting one for your cold winters or chilly summer nights.

TOO SMALL
Ordered the King size in Pearl. Description measurements state 90 x 108. Actual measurements are 90 x 90. Waaaay too small. The fabric and construction are of poor quality as well.

Nice and warm
I cannot comment on the longevity of this. Owned it for about a week now.I can attest to the 2 previous posters.1. It is nice and warm. As warm as 3 winter blankets? That might be accurate. And it is light. A few nights ago I went to bed with 3 fans on me. I like my room nice and cool while cuddling under a nice warm blanket. My previous blanket would have given me the effect that helps me fall asleep those nights. At first this blanket did the same thing. 30 minutes later I woke up sweating. It's going to be a great blanket in the middle of winter when using a window fan at night (it is California so not joking).2. There are 2-3 stitches I noticed that came undone. Will this affect surrounding ones? Probably. I probably should have just returned it, but keeping it. Will probably order a 2nd when this one falls apart. If that one also has problems I'll return that one and just not bother with this company. So what is my final recommendation?5 stars - if you get a non defective blanket it is really light and warm.1 star - If you get a defective one it's not worth paying for. A blanket shouldn't be falling apart out of the box.***I'm keeping mine because I use it above my bedsheet. That way if I get too cold in the middle of the night I can just snuggle under neath it. And if I don't it's nice and comfortable to sleep on.

Nice blanket.
Last set of guests complained that the blankets we provided were "too heavy" and made it hard for them to sleep comfortably. I purchased this because I was sort of amazed at how expensive Lands End polartec/polar fleece blankets had become over the last few years. Out of the package, it is light, soft, warm. We will see how it wears after multiple washings. I put the "silky" side up so that less animal (dog and cat) hair would stick to it, and that seems to be the way to go.

Nice blanket
Looks good enough to use for the final top layer on the bed. These stay where you put them, unlike some of the fluffier slick comforters. They have 3M Thinsulate (love it in winter gloves, too) so they are warm but light. These blankets wash well, though the King size are a washer full. Only bad thing I can say is that there could be a wider selection of colors. We own 5 of these in blue, sage green, and chocolate brown. I think they make an off white one, too. Wishing for maroon and navy blue. This particular "Albany" style is the better selection, since the sewn-in square quilting keeps the two layers from separating and twisting. ComfortTech makes another style that only uses a tacking method to secure the two layers together, and it's just not as sturdy nor as nice looking.

Very warm. Thin. Just what I was looking for.
I was looking for something thin and warm. I wouldn't say it's as warm as a feather bed but it is VERY warm. Maybe 75% as warm as my feather bed. But that's more then I was expecting which is great because it takes up a LOT less space. Now you can double it up or fold it in half so you have two layers of this blanket over you- then it is as warm as my old feather bed.Great product! Love it :)

Good looking, light, warm.
This item popped up on sale and I decided to give it a try. It is very, very warm for its weight. It is also soft and comfortable when it comes into contact with your arm or face. In addition, my perception is that it does not retain moisture and thus it provides a nice dry warmth. I am very pleased with this purchase.
