Like regular sugar without the calories!!! . I was so used to regular sugar that any of those substitute wasn't able to remplace it. Then my son started to buy this product and asked me to give it a try, I was skeptical. Because I had tried other products and in my opinion they have that after taste than changes the flavor of things. This fruit monk sweetener is completely different, I'm able to enjoy my favorite drinks, homemades ice-cream and my sweet black coffee without worrying about the calories. This is probably the best thing I have found. This thing is magic. I use it for my chai every day now. I can't believe how it doesn't have an aftertaste. I’ve been using Lakanto Monk Fruit Sweetener for a while now as part of cutting back on sugar, and overall I’m really happy with it. It has a clean, pleasant taste with none of the weird aftertaste that a lot of other sugar substitutes seem to have. It works great in coffee, baking, and even sauces. That said, I’ve noticed that it takes just a little more than a 1:1 sugar replacement to really hit the same level of sweetness—especially in baking or anything where sweetness is front and center. Not a huge issue, but something to keep in mind if you're adjusting recipes. Still, the fact that it’s zero calorie and has a low glycemic impact makes it totally worth it. I feel better using it, and I don’t miss real sugar at all. Just expect to tweak your ratios a bit for that perfect sweet spot.

Wifey bought this to try it out since why not? Well ti taste pretty good and didn't really taste like a lot of real sugar. The texture was ok and it was easy to just. The ingredients are clean. so, if you're looking for something else to put in your baked goods or tea and or coffee try this.

My aim was to stop using refined sugar in my coffee and on cereal. This substitiute tastes like sugar, I highly recommend it.

Tastes exactly like the real deal. Honestly, I originally bought this for making Ninja Creami protien pints but ended up swapping real sugar with monk fruit instead. This is very good although a little more expensive than buying regular white sugar. This can replace your morning cup of coffee or anything really that uses white sugar. I personally enjoy it with aguas frescas like horchata because it leads to less calories and a better for you alternative. 10/10 better beyond just ice cream pints.

Es una opción saludable para hacer alguna receta a la cual no sabes la cantidad de endulzante que usar ya que la mayoria de otros endulzantes como stevia endulzan mucho mas y el dificil calcular la cantidad a usar. Con esta puedes usar la misma cantidad que diga una receta para azucar regular, peeeeero... no endulza igual por lo que se me hace costosa para lo que rinde. Pero si estas intentando cambiar habitos alimenticios y te gusta hornear uno que otro postre para el fin de semana es muy buena opcion
