Great substitute for parchment paper
Great substitute for parchment paper in baking. No scrubbing the pan. I am learning how to use it in the oven. It's only one use in the oven - not reusable. That's fine. Now I wet it so it can handle heat. I definitely will be regular buyer. I'm scared of what's in parchment paper.

Terrible
I bought this because I was looking for a non-toxic parchment paper alternative. I tried coating with oil before use, food was still stuck and had to be thrown out. Next, I slathered butter on the paper, and my food still stuck. I wet the paper and then put oil on it, and the paper cooked itself on my food, and I had to throw the whole meal out.

Nontoxic and Effective
Worked perfectly for roast veggies without sticking. Moistened with water before use per instructions. So happy to find uncoated parchment.

Game changer for steaming
Most veggies taste way better steamed wrapped in this. More flavor! You can cook them 20-45 minutes till soft and they still have great flavor! Colors are muted as in other long cooking methods. Save the juice inside the paper it's delicious! I follow the Edgar Cayce directions: no seasoning (not even salt) till done. Cook only 1 kind of veggie at a time in each piece of paper. Can reuse many times unless you are steaming chicken... comes out great but the paper gets gunky after 1 use with meat.

Doesn’t work in baking foods
I think it probably would work well for boiling. It is reusable because you can wash it in the sink with water, However, when baking items, they often get stuck to the parchment paper and you can’t peel it off. The paper may get baked into your food. This happened when making homemade french fries and homemade fruit leather strips, which is a bit disappointing because it’s very exciting to have good quality nontoxic, products.

Attention Bread bakers
I used this to bake bread. I know, it sticks but hear me out. I almost gave up cuz it stuck like crazy but I refused to go back to the toxic stuff. I greased the paper with butter and floured it with rice flour and NO STICKING :) Problem solved I’m thrilled.

Not reusable
This is not reusable. Baked cookies & each left a stuck on residue. Basically just like parchment, but have to go through the hassle of cutting it to fit the pan & moistening it first.

My Experience
I found that food that has breading on it sticks, including Garlic Texas Toast. It doesn't happen every single time, but often enough and when it does, I wound up leaving half of the food behind on the paper. I Do Not Recommend This Item.

who knew baking paper was so toxic?
Love this paper, I have been cutting it to size, so perhaps be great to have smaller sheets available? Otherwise no trouble cutting just hate to waste any of it.
