**Q: Is this safe for laminated floors? Or just carpet**
A: Just carpet. I would never put anything but like soap and water on laminated floors unless you use like “BONA” product. That’s what I use because I have floors that either snap together or it’s laminated. NO WAY REAL HERE IN JP , BOSTON!!!!!

**Q: Will this work on urine that has dried?  Thank you.**
A: Yes, indeed!  Use a dry brush first before adding the product.  Try to get as much hair out as possible.  Spray a lot and let it sit at least 5 minutes.  my cat was in heat, sprayed all over the cat tower.  I didn't know where the odor was coming from.  Worked like a charm. 😎

**Q: This product was recommended to me for removing big rust stains from leaking radiator on carpet. Will it work for this application?**
A: i'm not sure.  I've only used on pet and regular stains on carpet that I couldn't get out.  Never tried on rust.  I'm just not sure.

**Q: How do you remove the top to combine several almost-empty bottles?**
A: Twist the underneath
