I normally do not review products, but I was really disappointed, so I decided to take the time. The product could have been really pretty, and the design is good in theory...I liked the fact that I could put it together without many tools too...however on the one I received...the grooves are not well matched, some of the groove channels were broken upon arrival, and others broke during assembly...the product was not new as listed because the part bag was broken open and the parts were all over the inside of the original product box and the liner was dirty and just weirdly folded. When the product arrived, there were scratches on the product, chips chunked out of several panels, and wear on some of the groves...one leg had a split in it...it looked like someone had tried to assemble it - it didn't work right, and then they had had a hard time trying to take it back apart. The original product box had also been opened and resealed badly and then put into an outer brown shipping cardboard wrap, so I do not believe that this was a new product. I hope that the defects were for this one product only and not the actual manufacture for all of product...because, and I said....it could have been really pretty...and should have worked so easily to assemble in theory....

Had a great vegetable garden this year. A great convenience for oldsters, not having to bend down!

It is made of cheap plastic. A number of the pieces arrived broken in the corners. The instructions are not clear as to what side is supposed to face outward, so you may, like us, have to undo what you did and start over.It is not sturdy and when trying to move it you have to be careful that it does not separate and fall apart.

This product arrived quickly and the shipping was free. The planter was made of very heavy duty material that seems like it will hold up well to the weather but it was heavy so required two people to put together. No tools were required to assemble and it went together quickly and easily. It is a composite material so some corners were broken but not to the point of interfering with assembly or use. It is not a tight fit when assembled so it seems a little less sturdy then I would like when I moved it into place in the garden. It only has one drainage hole in a corner so I will have to install it on an incline to allow drainage. Overall, it seems to be good quality for the price paid and I am happy with how it looks in my garden with the natural brown and gray colors.

This product is not safe to use. Here’s why:A strip for the bottom plank and small pieces were cracked off in the packaging. We thought that was a cosmetic problem. Wrong; Assembled, 2 weeks later, and undisturbed, without warning,it CRASHED to the deck floor, splintering pieces and board everywhere.Thank goodness no children or pets were injured!There would have been a serious foot/leg injury had I been near it watering tomato plants.The vendor has yet to reply to my message sent per Amazon Prime instructions.

Out of 15 boards in the box, 7 of them were chipped or otherwise damaged upon receipt. The box itself was flimsy and half ripped open when it arrived. Since there's no way I will be able to repack and return a 71 lb box to UPS I'm going to try and assemble this and hope for the best, but based on other reviews I'm not expecting this product to hold up to the weight of the dirt with damaged connection points. It's a nice design but I was hoping it would have been packed in a way that was appropriate for shipping an item this heavy / brittle. Probably a waste of money.

While this planter looked nice at first, at the start of this season (the third year) the thing literally fell apart. The composite material crumbled and nothing was left to hold it together.I’ve patched and braced it so that we can (maybe) get it to hold together through this season ... but I’m not too hopeful!I would not recommend buying this planter, unless you plan to replace it every couple of years!
