Only works on XP. Manufacturer no longer supporting or updating the drivers.
I've had this for several years now and it doesn't work when you upgrade an OS.Only works on Microsoft XP. When I called customer service they said they are not making an update or supporting this product anymore.

dont buy it!!!!!
this is a piece of junk, it never worked fine, or the software crashes, or the scan results are terrible and very very slow.
