The product was WATERED DOWN. Who does that? It was ridiculous. I have very very long hair. Here's the scale. I am a 6ft tall woman with very thick hair that goes well past my waist. I do a lot of swimming to keep in shape because I'm ginormous and frankly swimming is best. So I do need reliable products because I like to take care of my hair, obviously. So I purchased from here, waited 6 weeks, I've never waited that long for anything ever. But that's alright I get it, that's not what I'm upset about. I open it up, it feels pretty light. Like really light, I open the bottle and it is extremely bubbly(like soapy water), I figured maybe its just heat, so I thought nothing of it. The smell was off putting but I figured if it gets the chemicals out of my hair without damaging it, I don't care what it smells like, right. So I go to try it out. I pour it in my hands and its 95% liquid. 95%LIQUID!! I will never again purchase ion beauty products.

It was great shampoo after using it from the pool to keep it out of green color.

I bought this shampoo for my daughters blonde hair that always turns green in the summer from swim lessons and our pool. I have tried other shampoos Malibu and another swimmer shampoo. The shampoo does seem to work ok getting the chlorine out but it seemed to dry out my daughters hair more than the other I have tried.
