This includes the lead and phthalate provisions of the US Consumer Product Safety Improvement Act of 2008 (CPSIA).

In the same way, all of our products comply with the toy safety standards established by ASTM International, which became a legally binding US standard in February 2009 as part of the CPSIA. This standard defines toy safety requirements such as age grading, small parts, material composition, no sharp edges or points, and much more.

For the production of our bricks, we only use raw materials where we’re in complete control of the chemical composition. We monitor the latest research and use published scientific data to ensure that our materials are safe. We also continuously test our materials to ensure that our toys don’t expose children to any harmful substances.
