I take a medication requiring precise timing, and I didn’t want to carry a pill box or bottle around with me. This small titanium pill necklace has been a great solution. It keeps a dose secure and easy to access while I’m road tripping, kayaking, boating, fishing, or hiking. It doesn’t have a waterproof O-ring, but I haven’t had any moisture get inside during everyday use. I just remove it before swimming or scuba diving. 😎 Lightweight, durable, and very convenient. It gives me peace of mind when I’m on the go.

I found out two years ago that I had a mild heart attack or angina attack. Of course, this lead to me having to take several medications. One of my prescriptions of course was nitroglycerin pills for emergencies. The problem I ran into was carrying the little bottle around that they come in. I also ended up forgetting the bottle in my pants when I washed them and of course it crushed all of them to powder. That's when I looked for this Pill Capsule. It's very light and thick enough to protect my pills from any harsh movement. I love that it has the medical symbol on it, but unfortunately, the paint is already coming off - see picture. The only reason I gave it 4 stars is because the chain is shorter than I anticipated. The capsule sits higher on my neck than I wanted, so I'll have to get a longer chain for it. Other than this, it's served it's purpose for what I need.

Item arrived on expected date. Size was a little bigger than I thought but ok to use!

Chain is too short to lift over your head (head won't fit through). The clasp is junk, the ring at one end is barely larger than links in the chain and the hook end won't go through even if you curse at it for 20 minutes. The ring on the pill capsule is too small for paracord if you try to replace the chain with that, so I have to order string and wait. Don't buy this unless you already have another that works for you, because it will be a week waiting for this to arrive, then waiting for stuff you'd need to fix it.

I have been carrying around my natural glycerin in this little tube it has been working pretty well it's very comfortable to wear and the pills keep very dry and safe

Bought thus for Mum in law after her heart attack, she has to carry daily aspirin and nitroglycerin so, thought around the neck was the best bet but, this pill holder, although it claims to hold aspirin, it's barely big enough to hold nitroglycerin. Do not recommend.
