When we purchased this home three years ago, the master bathroom had this toilet seat. We love it so much, that we purchased another one. Nothing worse than getting up in the middle of the night in the winter and sitting on a cold toilet seat. The quality is great. Has three temperature settings and has a small light to help the men in your life with their aim at night. Easy to install as long as you have an outlet somewhat near by (has a pretty long cord). Installs very secure to the toilet…does not loosen up and move around like some toilet seats.

Super easy to install. The first one I had my neighbor install because i didn't think I could but I had to get a replacement. When it came I was like he's gone and I want it on now and boom I did it by myself and pretty quick as well! I cracked up laughing when I first seen the price of the toilet seat but then I decided to go do some research on a heated toilet and pain relief popped up. I instantly came back and bought it. I could and should have bought it flat out but the thought of paying that in one payment for a toilet seat still didn't sit well so I opted for the payments to make myself feel better. 🤷🏾‍♀️🤷🏾‍♀️🤷🏾‍♀️🤷🏾‍♀️But on a serious note I battle arthritis in three places in my back and sometimes pain runs down into my butt and that heat on bad days is awesome! The downside is you may get stuck on the toilet a tad bit longer then usual because it's genuinely super comfy do to the heat and it puts out the right amount so you'll never have to work about being burned or having a hot booty🤣🤣🤣🤣 I hate going out sitting on toilets as it is but now I really hate it! I ABSOLUTELY love this thing and wish I knew about them sooner!

Love it so far, but the lowest setting is hardly warm at all. We have another brand heated seat and the lowest setting on it is the same as the medium on the new one. Also, you have to feel for the buttons to change the settings or use a mirror so you can see. Not a big fan of that.

Omg! Something I never knew I needed! Fits elongated bowls well. Easy to clean. No noise when closing. Removal is a breeze. Looks great. Most importantly, the royal tushy is happy and warm. Will never go back to a regular seat again!

This is the third time I’ve moved and had outlets installed for heated toilet seats. The first two times I bought the other popular heated toilet seat (it lasted longer than I lived in each house, > 7 years; and worked great the whole time). What makes this one worth the extra $s is the design, there is a plate to install, then the seat snaps on the plate; and the way the cord feeds through the mounting hole. This will be easier to clean, and more secure than a normal toilet seat. The app control and multi color night light are great too. Go ahead and buy this one.

Relatively easy to install. Was unable to get my iphone 15 max pro to pair with the app, but manual mode is easy to use. Love having a warm seat!

Comfortable seat, temperature setting range is very good, I prefer the low setting. Lighting level is good. Installation instructions were clear and easy to follow. I had difficulty pairing with my iPhone. Managed once, then when power was lost, couldn’t pair again. Gave up and set levels (temperature and lighting) manually on the seat. Lost the ability to set different colours.

I bought two of these when they went on sale. Got the elongated ones since they were cheaper even though our toilets are round. We will eventually upgrade the toilets to elongated anyway and it doesn't look too bad the way it is. Installation is almost as easy as replacing a regular toilet seat. The app is neat but to be honest, once you set it it's pretty much forget it. I like that it retains its settings even after a power outage so no surprise cold toilet seats. We have a brondell in another toilet (which was more expensive) and if the power cuts out, it just stays off until you manually turn it back on.

Seat is really nice however controls are on back of toilet seat. So hard to control heat light.
