Didn't resolve my problem.
The antenna fits perfectly using the double Fakra connector but didn't resolve my problem. I could receive FM stations fine but AM reception was very poor. I thought this adaptor would be te answer with the double Fakra connector which matches my double Fakra antennae but it made no difference. I was maybe expecting the adapter to provide a fix that it wasn't designed to do.

In mijn VW Tiguan 1.4TSI 5N (2014) ging de de originele RNS510 radio defect. De originele RNS510 is vervangen door een Android radio.Bij de Android radio zat een adapter kabeltje (enkele FAKRA naar Motorola) met aansluiting voor fantoom voeding. De aansluiting voor fantoomvoeding introduceerde veel storing op het antennesignaal. Met als gevolg een instabiele/slechte radio ontvangst.Dankzij deze afgeschermde dubbel FAKRA adapter kabel is de radio ontvangst weer helemaal op orde!!
