This is my first time trying any other rice except regular white rice. For health reasons I wanted to switch to something more healthier and so i decided to buy red rice. there were a lot of options in the market and I decided to give 24 organic mantra's red rice a try and I must say that I am satisfied with the purchase. It seems to be authentic red rice.. no unwanted color leaching out.. smells fresh when cooked. It has a nutty sweet taste and makes a great healthy substitute for rice. The only problem was the package did not have cooking instructions. So I had to experiment a little with it. But loved the taste and texture will surely purchase again.
