I have very large ear canals and most eartips fall out or do not work properly, what is the measurement of the widest part of these?

I am sorry to hear the complications you are experiencing using the CCC-GRM-25 Ear Tips. The Triple CCC ear tips are designed to fit the average/standard ear canal and are not designed for large ear canals which is the reason you are experiencing the issues with them falling out of the ear canal.
