The nozzle reaches well into my sink which makes it easier to get soap where I want it and not all over the edge of the sink. The hardest part of installation was removing my old dispenser which had a corroded metal nut that required a special tool to loosen due to the tight quarters. The Samodra dispenser has a plastic nut which is easy to hand tighten. The included instructions are clear on the diagram, but the written instructions do not tell you to take off the washer as well as the nut before installation. There are two black rubber washers, and one needs to go on each side of the sink. The written instructions mention the nut but not the washer, and I accidentally installed it with both washers at the top of the sink at first. I realized the problem when it was not flush.
