AIKE Automatic Soap Dispenser, Stainless Steel Liquid Dispenser AK1205E

Easy to fit and it works well straight out of the box. I filled it with some original carex and the preset amount is just fine. The kids love it but if you pull your hand away too soon some of the carex ends up below. A small tray or tissue soon fixes this.

Fast delivery. Item as described. Very massive built. Good quality. Easy to install. Set up of pump and amount of soap easy done with just pressing a button. 6 AA batteries (not included in package) necessary to work pump. Sensor reacts very quickly and accurate. Amount of soap is good applied. how long the battery lasts is not known for me at the moment

Why did you choose this product over others?: One star knocked off as one of the four purchased has failed and it’s not the batteries.

I purchased this item (AK1205E) at the end of August 2025, and a few days later bought a similar AK1216. They both appear to have the same mechanism. by mid December, the AK1205E has started to make a loud noise when operating. By later in January 26, after being away quite a bit from home (so not using the device), the device had got so loud that I raised the issue with AIKE customer support, having measured the noise level at 93dBel. After asking (reasonably) that I provide further information, including a video, AIKE responded that the device was functioning normally, and offering me a refund of 10% of the original cost. However, by mid February (2026), the device was even louder - I measured the sound level close up to be 103dBel. (For comparison, 100dBel is the level of noise of a chainsaw close by, and would require ear protectors to avoid hearing damage if used for long periods of time!). AIKE customer service never responded to my further complaint , so I got an Amazon refund as the dispenser was not fit for purpose. My AK1216 is working normally, so, if you buy one of these dispensers, you *might* be lucky and not get any problems - but I could not recommend them

Very pleased at the build quality of this soap dispenser. Programmable amount of soap dispensed. I find level 2 is adequate for hand washing and means less waste of liquid soap used Very reliable so far and easy to refill when required Maybe a little more expensive than other soap dispensers but you are paying for the quality!

Looks great and was easy to fit ,can't fault it it delivers the right amount of soap every time. We filled with carex

Love love love this dispenser. I was a little skeptical after reading some reviews, but decided to try it anyway. I’m so glad I did. If you follow the instructions about placement, you shouldn’t have a problem. I use it every day and not one problem. It was easy to install. I got it in white because that is my color scheme. I wanted it to blend instead of sticking out in my power room. It does.

My need: I have young kids that love to wash their hands. Actually, to be more accurate, they love to make bubbles. They had broken countless pumps or moved them to random locations. I decided that I would get a wall mount to help remain in a fixed location and to also reduce transmission. They quickly picked it up, AND they don't waste soap (since they can't just dump into the sink) The guest bath and kids bath have these installed and work great! The wife has fallen in love with it too and that is always a win. Although, now she wants more in less-than-necessary locations. Pros: I purchased 2 of these and one of them had a dead pump. Customer service immediately sent another one before I even packaged the dead one to return. The polish of stainless steel looks really nice and I love that it has an anti-theft feature (ie: you can't just slide it off of the wall, but have to perform a couple mechanical steps) Dispenses the perfect amount of soap. This can be altered during setup by following the directions. The minimum default amount happened to work for the kiddos. Neutral/cons: Getting the mounting plate off is the most difficult part. Borderline frustrating, and it of course isn't as rigid after install. Would probably be helpful if they included a tip in the instructions, but there is no mention of the back-plate until install. The top easily comes off when set in the mid-point of the labels on-off. I don't recall there being instruction on this either. On-off labels really didn't mean anything for either of my products. They don't turn on or off the device, and having it set to off didn't allow the top to come off either. I think there is supposed to be adjustment there, but I actually prefer to turn on and set dispense amount to forget about. So it works out better for my situation. (I imagine this is probably a common problem, but customer service should be able to help adjust the turn to function in the correct way) The only remaining design "flaw" is that the dispense location is at the very front of the device. The normally isn't an issue, but the only locations that I have to mount in my bathrooms forces the hands to approach from the side of the device. So adults tend to go to the center rather than the front. Been thinking about adding some icon, engraving, or stickers to help lead hands there. Really a user issue at the end of the day.
