**Q: Where can I find an ingredients list?**
A: Hello,
Ingredients are written on the Jar, anyhow here they are;
Ingredients: 
Water, Sodium alginate, agar-agar, stabiliser: E466, salt, sunflower oil, spices, bell pepper (Paprika) extract E160c (natural), lactic acid

**Q: Do I have to store in a fridge if unopened please?**
A: Yes

**Q: What's the use by date if you don't open this now?**
A: Dear, our current stock has an expiry date of 06-03-2020 if not opened. Once opened cool storage and consume within 3 days.

**Q: Could somebody describe the texture of this seaweed caviar? I've never had fish caviar**
A: The closest thing I can think of texture wise is the grains in grain mustard. I love this for a treat on sourdough crackers with Oatley creme fraiche. It tastes like tiny bubbles flavoured by the sea.

I have been a vegetarian most of my life so have no idea what caviar tastes like but my friends and family are regular caviar diners and they all agreed this was very very nice. Excellent texture and taste and perfect for canopes.

A beautiful alternative to caviar. It is less fishy in taste, which to me is a good thing. Perfect texture, not too salty, delicate tones of the sea. It tastes lovely on buttered thin slices of a warm baguette, with a squeeze of lemon.For those on a plant based diet, this is a wonderful addition to an ever growing list of vegan gourmet delicacies.
