How does this kit lift the rear of the jeep?

Uses the front coil springs to put on the rear to lift it

Do I need a drop pitman arm for this kit?

Not with the kit. I ended up installing an adjustable track/panhard bar and that required a drop pitman. My jeep already had one installed so I have a new one sitting around.

Will this lift lit work if I already have 2" coil spacers on it? So a total of about 5.5" of lift?

Yes but get adjustable track bars... It will definitely ride very rough because calculations will be off. I run this with 1" spacers and wish I did a few things different. Also at 5.5 you might need extended brake lines and longer drive shafts. Be careful because all your measurements on control arms and shocks will be off. I ripped both my front shocks out on full flex with 1" spacers

I have some 33s will they fit or do i have to adjust the fender?

33's are too big for that lift. 32's still rub . you could go with this lift kit and add in a 2-inch budget boost coil booster kit and then the 33s will work . I would also recommend some steering upgrades.the rear control arms included with the kit are the wrong length. I had to go back to stock control arms to keep the drive shaft from vibrating.the kit only includes lower control arms instead of lower and upper.
