After maybe 5 minutes of use the ice roller is already warm , and that is after being in the freezer for 24 hours. I mean, it works well for me because I don't really need it for more than 5 minutes at a time anyways. I just use it to get blood pumping through my face in the mornings and to take down any swelling, and then I also use it to help my TMJ. Using it for just 5 minutes does help alleviate symptoms of TMJ in my neck and along my jaw or even the tension in my temples. It is very squeaky unless I'm pressing with good force, again it doesn't really bother me but my husband HATES it!! LOLI have not used the eye mask yet but it was a really nice touch and I will probably use it a lot. It is of very nice material and super soft on the part that goes on your face.Only rating 3 stars because of the fact it doesn't stay that cold and the loud squeakiness. I love it and may order another!

It does what it says but for me along with tightening it filled my jowls made them look smooth, at 49 this is a good thing. The mask tightened and rejuvenated my under eyes. Both lasted and were that way when I woke up.

I totally love this product and plan on purchasing another one for the office. One of my daughters is currently sick and sleep with the cold mask all night. She reminded me to put it back in the frig so she could use it again. My other daughter actually used the roller on some of her sore areas after cheer practice. It also comes with directions which is cool. Very satisfied.

Great product! I use it daily and it’s very relaxing for my face, especially the under eye area. It will be even better to use it in the summer time. Would highly recommend it!

What a lifesaver! I wanted something to help with my migraines and this does the trick. I was concerned that it would not remain cold for a long time, but it lasts a surprisingly long time. It helps to have something cold on my face to soothe the pain, and what a difference it makes!

When I received the package, there was blue jelly like stuff all over the roller handle. I thought it might be gel from the eye patch but that was in a separate piece of plastic so I have no idea what it was. The roller does get cold though it squeaks the whole time you use it. I haven’t tried the eye mask yet:

This migraine reliever was excellent for when I get home. After work and driving through traffic, it's nice to come home and reduce my headache. I use it at least twice a week.

Both units stay cold for a good amount of time.
