The snacks included are sample sized snacks. We include at least 3 full-sized items (1 drink, 1 noodle, 1 snack/noodle). We also have deluxe boxes available for purchase if you're looking for a box filled with mostly full-sized items.

do they have geletin?

Hi. Ours didn’t have it. I was disappointed. It came with broken drinks that were in glass bottles. Glass was everywhere.

Is there any indication on the packaging (in english( as to which of these have nuts in them?

No there was not. We had to use Google translate foe the items we were not familiar with and item are random so each box could be different.
