Great quality fleece! I can’t believe this was only $6. Not paper thin and has great stretch to it. Left photos with the measurements. I ordered a medium. The neck hem is curved so is more like 13” total. It stretches great and fits comfortably on my Frenchie (not unforgiving at neckline). My Frenchie is a lean 22lbs. Her neck is 13-13.5”, chest 21”, back almost 15.” The arm holes are great and not too tight. So happy!

     This hoodie is great quality and i love how long it is! I wish they came in bigger sizes though. A size LARGE fits my 30 pound Heeler/Corgi mix. Little snug around the armpits but that’s about it. Would love it if they had a XL or XXL so i could order for my 60 pound stocky Blue Heeler
