Very Expensive for a ill performing product.No wonder they've kept it under a No Return Policy. And I for one could not find a way to get in touch with them.If you're smitten with the aesthetics and can live with constant mopping up of water. Go for it.NegativesThe Build quality at first seems nice. But the Upper Body didn't fit properly (the centre of the body didn't align perfectly with the spout from where the mist emanates).Generous Amount of water spews out along with the mist, irrespective of what directions they've given. Be prepared to keep wiping the table or the area with a tissue as a permanent task.1. They said do not fill beyond 100 ml. I tried operating with 30, 50, 70, 100 ml. No matter what volume of water I used. It still regurgitated water.2. They said don't use excessive essential oil else this issue might occur. Again. I tried without oil. 1 drop and 2 drops. Issue persists.All this drove me to the conclusion. It's a design defect which most first time users might be sympathetic to. I'm not. When I pay top dollar. I expect performance.

Wanted natural aroma all around rather than go in for the spray/artificial ones. Tried many types of aroma diffusers, the ones with candles, oils, etc. Finally was looking for a steam diffuser. Came across this one. Great reviews so decided to go in for it. Wonderful decision, no regrets. Would buy again. Silent operation, great color lights, matches the decor. So if you're still thinking, just go for it!

I was skeptical about the product until delivery but I must say the quality, fit & finish is just amazing.The box contains diffuser, adapter measuring cup and instruction manual. Very easy to setup, make sure to follow the steps/recommendations as per instruction manual.There is no lag after turning on the device, the diffusion starts instantly. Using essential oils will take some time for the smell to spread in the room, note that this is very subtle. If you want something like room freshener, opt for aroma oils.The led light works very well and the color transition is smooth, you can have it change the color or keep it fixed. The diffuser can also be used as bed lamp and works very well :)I even had a call with the company representative, she gave background about the company and how to use the product. She took the time to explain why the product is slightly at premium cost considering the other similar products. It comes with outer shell made of metal and overall the product is built really well.I will definitely recommend this product!!

Have recently bought this product. Black mettalic one and it is really great. The product look is beatutiful with the colours it has mentioned and because of the mettalic body it is actually quite sterdy.Overall I liked the product very much , but deducting one star as i expected ut could come a little cheaper.One more thing to add. The customer support people are very helpful and nice .I hope they will support well in case of any issue with the product.

Absolutely beautiful..i have tried a range of diffusers but this one is by far the best..It looks aesthetically pleasing and works amazingly well. It is Made in India.The packaging is extremely beautiful and best for gifting.The functions of choosing timer is just amazing , where you can choose 0.5 , 1, 2 ,3+ hours as per your need..Just the 1 hr setting is enough for the room to be filled with amazing scent..Its a great buy and value for money...I will buy again for my other rooms as well..

I loved it. Besides its cute looks. It works quiet well. I had dry throat and nose problem while using the ac, i was told to try using a humidifier and so i bought this after reading quiet a few reviews of different products.Besides everything else what i like the most is that, i got a call from the manufacturers asking if everything was according to my expectation and to contact them if there is any issue.

It's absolutely beautiful. Lots of aesthetic thinking has gone into the design. This sure does elevate my space visually.Though I'm not sure the quality of the product is worth the price. The outer body frame is metallic but the inner chamber and components sure looks plastic, this could be totally a well thought out decision., time will tell how durable it is.As far as the functionality it does the job pretty well, automatic cut off, very minimal noise or I must say it's almost negligible, various timer modes and the lighting options.Having said that go for it if you want a decent product with essential features and if looks matter as much as the functionality.
