I was really skeptical about buying this. I think I have a special cupboard for ‘sounds good, doesn’t work’ stuff.This works, and it works really really well.I’m 6’2” and large build. It was quite difficult to get this on but not impossible, longer straps would be nice, you can work around it. When gently tightened it works an absolute treat.It gently repositions your posture and you gain about 1-2inches in height and you lose about a stone in perceived weight.I used it during heavy lifting work and it completely changed my posture and lifting, there was no backache and it felt ‘safer’.It’s reasonably invisible under clothes and it’s not uncomfortable for longer term use, but you are conscious it is there.It needs a bit of willpower, like everything else worthwhile. If you make the effort to wear it it can make a very significant difference to your life.I’m nothing to do with the seller. I use the ‘alexandrine’ technique from time to time and I can tell you that this is a fairly good ‘cheat’ to achieve the same outcome. Great product.

I have suffered neck and shoulder pain for over 10 years. Lately problem has increased, and even changing my mattress did not help. So I decided to give the support a go. Should have done that before investing in a new mattress! Living alone, I did struggle at first to get into and adjust the straps. However, it did not take long to realise how much they were pulling my shoulders back and straightening my core. Pinched underarms reminded me to straighten up. Working well, so far. Delivered on day expectected.

What a waste of money. If there’s a special way of using this product (which I highly doubt) then you wouldn’t know as there’s no instructions. I put it on - and tightened the straps. More accurately I got someone to help as its impossible to tighten on your own.Did my shoulders pull back? Of course they didn’t. All that happened was the straps tightened under my armpits and it became very uncomfortable. So I tried again - it must be me. I’ve seen these people (actors) on the video. It worked for them! Didn’t it? Of course it didn’t. If you want a weird “sack-less rucksack” that does zero - this is the product for you. Otherwise, save your cash and just pull your shoulders back (like the actors on the video ;) !

It's just that I was expecting more from this. It does pull your shoulders back, but doesn't really help with your head/neck coming down and forward. Unrealistic expectations, I suppose. You would probably need some sort of metal straitjacket for that!!I'm sure that all the other similar products on amazon are the same, so I don't think it's this product in particular. It is well made. However, it's a little fiddly to put on, and not very comfortable, especially under the armpits.I think I just have to constantly remind myself to adopt a better posture rather than rely on a product.

I chose this posture corrector as I spend a lot of time working at a desktop PC and have been getting neck and shoulder problems from leaning forwards toward the screen as the day progresses.Firstly, the 4Motivated posture corrector arrived quickly and neatly packaged - always a good start.Secondly the design and quality of the product is very good. I have found it easy to wear discreetly underneath a top or jumper. It's made from quality lightly padded neoprene, which is lightweight and breathable and is very comfortable. I have been wearing it while working at my desktop and have already noticed a difference as it reminds me not to slouch forward. Over time I believe it aims to re-retrain the muscle-mind connection into adopting a better posture.Thirdly this is a thoughtfully designed and quality product, and I'm so glad that I've given it a go.

Excellent item! I use it for about 15-20 minutes each day sat at the desk and it’s really helping me build good posture. Also, my back is so much better.Easy to use, comfortable and feels really supportive. Have already recommended it to quite a few people. If you’re looking for something to help you improve your posture and relieve upper back pain, I’d absolutely recommend this.

I was curious when I saw this because I have had back pain for a long time and I suspected that it could have been from bad posture. What a great surprise this was! Honestly, it really helps with the pain in my back. Plus it helps so much when I sit at my desk (as a student I am always sat at a desk looking at a computer) because it makes me more aware of my posture and encourages me to sit up straighter even when I am not wearing it. It sounds strange, but I also feel like, after wearing this, I exude more confidence because I just automatically stand taller. The product itself is also such great quality. The straps seem very tough and like they will last a long time. I could potentially see hair getting stuck in the Velcro, but I don’t think it will be a problem as the it is quite well hidden by the covering fabric. Overall, a great quality product with (so far!) great results. Definitely worth the very reasonable price.
