Great Sponge Brush!!
This is a good sponge brush. My hair is naturally curly but I was going for thicker curls with shorter hair. I found for my hair if I pick my hair out then add a little bit of curl enhancing moisturizer to help make the curls. I mainly use the spiked side because it works better with longer hair like mine. I have noticed that the brush being a little bit smaller makes it harder to make good curls but over all it works well.

Perfect for on the go or just for simple use.
I love the quality of the sponge. The two sided feature lets you choose whether you want the hair coiled or curled. Thought it would be to small but its a perfect handheld hair product. My only downside/confusion is the yellow part at the bottom of each hole of the sponge is VERY sticky, as if they stuck the foam parts of the sponge together and never covered them up. It picks up excess hair but be careful that it doesn't stick to your hair. That has not happened to me but do be carful. Other than that it is definetly a must buy!

Great value for the price
I bought this for my boyfriend and I feel that for the price it does a really good job. He's had this for awhile now (uses it everyday) and it just now starting to think about using the other one that came in the pack. There are two sides so depending on how youd like to style your hair you can decide. Only down side I'd say is the inside is very sticky. We countered this by putting product inside to prevent it from grabbing on to the hair. Overall hes happy so I'm happy. 😊

Easy to use
It was my first time using one of these products before. I recommend watching a youtube video to learn how to use it. Make sure you rotate it in the same direction and just keep doing it over your whole head. Can take like 10 minutes but you got yourself a new hair-do for the day! Not sure how this compares to the other sponges but it was easy for me to use.

Smashed, unusable product...
Totally unusable. Waited almost a week, then both pieces of product are smashed. Totally dissatisfied. Would like a satisfactory replacement sent please

Didn't work for me...
I have seen the YouTube videos and know how these coil defining sponges are supposed to work. I have never purchased one before and had never used one. The holes on this sponge are big, which means your coils will be far apart but not necessarily larger. in some areas, where my hair is shorter, I could not get my hair to coil at all. Perhaps some of you will have a better experience than I did on my 4c natural hair.
