I want to use this to run both auto agent tuner and amp running boards. any issues?

I use it to power and send info to a heads up windshield display and still be able to plug in the OBD 2 testing device. This should give you the extra port to power the running boards and tuner.

Where is this made/manufactured?

Doe not actually say anywhere but after looking at their website... most likely place is china. Its well built though.

Works well. I used to to connect a gps tracker to the obd2 port and the cable length is enough to tuck in the tracker behind the dash.
