Not a good shoe if your trying to jog on a treadmill or outside, as you can risk twisting your ankle. Just a decent shoe for brisk walking or everyday regular activity. Measure the length of your foot (from big toe to heel) in inches and purchase the size that matches that. You cant go wrong, they will fit very well. I do not use them to jog since the sole is not firm enough. The upper part is made out of material that is stretchable and breathable. Slip on easily if you order one size bigger.
