This item is Absolutely beautiful - I am Impressed with the workmanship. Works perfectly as it should, holds GPU straight with no concerns of metal shorting the card (like some other GPU card support braces offered). The lights are very bright, they light up the entire inside of my PC case (I chose the white color). The engraving shows up perfectly and looks Great. An awesome cosmetic addition to your PC as well as a Very badly needed accessory to keep your GPU from sagging - ALL PC cases should include this part, standard, hint-hint PC Case manufacturers ;-) . This is a winner, I will be buying 1 for every PC I build from now on! A Highly Recommended Product!

I will give a full review of this product. Read below!Seller: (Rating 5/5)Very quick to response, very friendly and understanding, worked with me on shipping time frame. Seller does not speak English very well, but does their best to communicate.Shipping: (3/5 for time, 5/5 for seller)I received this product almost exactly as we had discussed, however i think that the websites quoted timeline for shipping is a bit slow and i do wish it was faster (1 week or less).Delivery: (4/5)Package arrived in a perfectly sized box, and the contents were wrapped thoroughly. No items were damaged upon receiving of product, however, the bag the held the screws and nuts was torn so they contents were scattered throughout the package. Recommend seller does a product quality assurance check prior to shipment of package.Installation: (1/5)The screws included were the wrong thread type (unsure of what thread type they were) so i was unable to secure it to my case until i went to the hardware store to purchase the correct type (#6-32 by 1/2). I than had to drill the 3 mounting holes in order to accommodate for a bigger screw. For mounting the "GPU brace support slipper" to the "GPU Holder" was quite tedious and required you to have a small crescent wrench (socket would fit because included screw was to long) in order to hold the nut while tightening. Slipper must be tightened down firmly to the GPU Brace in order to keep the GPU from forcing the slipper down, which could not be done with just the tools provided.Tools included: (1/5)I recommend you not use the tool as the tool included was not the correct size to tighten the screws without stripping them. I also recommend the seller remove the tool from the included items.Quality: (4/5)The only thing keeping this from being a 5/5 is the fact that the screws were VERY easy to strip even with the correct tools and the glue that keeps the black cover over the LED attached to the Acrylic was not very good (black piece came unglued just from me tightening the screws down. The Acrylic design is flawless, the LED light is remarkably beautiful and lights up the entire acrylic piece. The etching from the design was flawless and beautiful. The enter piece seems very sturdy and well made.Size: (5/5)This thing is almost as long as my 2080TI FTW3 which adds a level of uniformity which is amazing.Recommendations:Remove included tool.Change out all screws (change to 5 #6-32 by 1/2 inch).Change the head type for the 3 mounting screws to either Allen key or socket head in order to properly secure the product to your case without damaging the screw head.Add threads to the "GPU brace support slipper" (small 3/4in x 1/2in x 1/4in Acryclic piece) so that the #6-32 x 1/2in screw can thread into the slipper in order to secure the piece without a nut. (increase thickness of slipper in order to give good thread strength to fight stripping)Or include washers in order to spread out the pressure of tightening the bolts down.Include all hardware that might be needed to mount this product to your case (include different types of screw thread types)Lastly, change the LED power cable to a LED strip compatible plug in order to allow the ability for the LED to be controlled by the motherboard, which means you would also want to make all LEDs multi-color LEDS so that it can be controlled via the motherboard.
