That is, until I had to move my 93 year old mother from her home into a retirement facility where her life could be so much easier and well-organized. Cleaning out her home was another matter since there is limited storage space in most retirement homes and oldsters like my Mom accumulate a lot of stuff over their lifetime. She was pretty good about sorting through her things and giving a lot of it to charity. We kept some of her household products in case she needed them later but she gave me a box of these Flent's Wipe 'N Clear lens cleaning wipes for my reading glasses. Having had Lasik surgery 35 years ago I avoided having to wear glasses at all until I noticed that reading was becoming more difficult for me. So I invested in a few pair of prescription reading glasses and that solved the problem immediately. However I must have a habit of picking them up by the lenses when I need them because it always seems that they are smudged or have fingerprints on them. Hence the need to find something to clean the lenses easily and effectively. At first I used the old technique of "huffing" on the lenses and cleaning them with a handkerchief or Kleenex. That did a pretty good job of spreading the smudge over the whole surface of the glasses. Then I tried just plain water with the Kleenex but that resulted in lint on the lenses. When I finally tried these Flent's wipes I was immediately impressed at what a good job they did with both cleaning and disinfecting the lenses. No more smudges and crystal clear lenses. Great price on a wonderful product.

My dad passed away in 2019 and among the things he left behind were a good stash of these lens wipes. I tried them and found that they are great and come in very handy. I decided to get more and bought some other brand - I quickly realized that Dad's brand was much better. These wipes are sufficiently moist to do my clear lens glasses and my sunglasses and sometimes I even pinch a penny and do both of my wife's glasses all with one wipe. The other brand would be too dry to do even both of my glasses. Very good quality and a bargain when you consider both the above info as well as simple math of the competition's prices!

We are a family of glasses wearers. It is amazing how quickly after you clean your glasses that you manage to get fingerprints on them again. We always have one of these boxes in the house. We tend to share the wipes, since they are wet enough for two pairs of glasses. The only criticism I have is that there are times when I use them, and the leave little water marks on my glasses. Then I have to clean them again. All-in-all, they are a good value, and they do the job. A box lasts a long time. I also keep a few in my purse for on-the-go. They're small, so they are easy to travel with.

These are needed for anyone who wears glasses and are on the go. I have out these everywbere...my car, purse, glass cleaning, bedroom, etc. so I can make sure I can clean my glasses quickly wherever I am. They are so easy to use and work really well. I highly recommend this product.

Clean well, but they leave a fair amount of lint/fibers behind, so it does not result in an "clean" surface. Need to either blow away, or lightly wipe away the lint with a microfiber cloth, which kind of defeats the purpose of using a packaged wipe that is supposed to be handy and self-contained. Rather disappointed with this.

Best solvent and fabric which leaves no streaks or lint behind

In the past I have been very pleased with this product, having purchased multiple boxes over an extended period. However, the latest box has contained very many sachets containing wipes that are completely dry and hence useless. The problem seems to be that the sachets have not been sealed correctly around the wipes. Many wipes are caught between the edges of the sachets. I would not purchase this product again.
