I just wanted a simple step counter that I could get on screen notifications for my text messages and calls from my phone. And this does the job. You can read your text messages from the watch and see who is calling you. The watch also has a Heart Rate monitor you can use at anytime. It counts steps, calculates how many calories you've burned and distance.This is a Smaller watch so perfect for Women. It is easy to charge you just need any USB port to connect it to no cords to drag around.The App (Iwownfit) it comes with is simple and easy to use Plus you can Lync any Google Fit info to it. Also it worked great with my Sony Xperia phone easily connected with bluetooth.Cons:Everything is in Metric, including distance and setting you hight and wight you will need to know the conversion.The Blue is more like a Ice Blue so closer to white.Its not Waterproof.I will update this as time goes on. But as far as now it is what I was looking for. ### ⭐⭐⭐ Somewhat disappointed *by B***D on Reviewed in the United States on February 26, 2017* I was hoping my husband might be able to use this minimal-type device for interval, walk-run training. The manufacturer was very quick to respond. And, in doing so with them over email, it seems he would be required to set multiple alarms. Not so convenient. He loved the small and lightweight size! It was ideal for one who wants something you barely realize is there. However, I would suggest they use step-by-step instructions for set-up using images for the display. Unfortunately, we did not find the device very intuitive. I have used a higher end GPS running watch for years with multiple displays and functions. I also found it quite difficult to even set day and time. The company was very prompt in answering my emails for help. However, the instructions they gave were similar to those in the manual and did not provide enough information for me to be successful. I think the language barrier made it difficult to explain my dilemmas. They were more than happy to refund me in full! I would reconsider purchase if the instructions were more complete and print was larger. My watch no longer shows my step count and it takes a lot of touching/jiggling for it to reveal the palm gesture of the date and time. The directions are not very helpful either.
