I love this spray. I use a 12 hr heavy duty decongestant in the day that works great but would keep me up if I took it at night. I use this nasal spray at night and I sleep like a baby! The xylitol is a big plus as well. Helps clean out the gunk and acts as an antibacterial. I only use it as needed.

What a difference!!
My sleep apnea doctor recommended that I try XLEAR 12Hour Decongestant. I really had no confidence that it would work for me, since it's a saline solution, but I was wrong! I use it each night before I go to bed and it, along with my mouth device for severe congestive sleep apnea, work wonders for my quality of sleep! I breathe so much better and I don't have to worry about it becoming addictive.

Works great
When I bought this I didn’t realize I inadvertently purchased the decongestant product. It worked really great but after a few days my mouth got dry like the Saharan desert for days! Then I read the information more carefully and realized you can only use it for a short time My bad!
