I really like this product. It was exactly like it was shown to be.  The last paper towel holder we ordered was a piece of junk compared to this and for more than $5 more and it was broken on arrival. After sending the last one back and it was reported as never received that about sums up that purchase with just another disappointment. This however has not been a disappointment and look great on our counter top and i am a bit crazy over what is allowed on my counter tops. Love it over all and would recommend the product !

I actually received two of these because the copper finish on the first one was worn and exposed a greenish grey undertone. I though it may have been tarnished but it was not.The replacement doesn’t have any huge blemishes, but it does have a few scratches. Although it does get the job done, it only three, unevenly places balls to balance it, so it often tips forward when you go to pull some paper towel off.
