I know wild yam needs to undergo chemical process to act as progesterone. Is this just ground up yam, or is it chemically altered for absorption?

I'm not sure how they process it but it's in a capsule form that works for me after a few days of taking my night seats and day hot flashes do not have them anymore which I am grateful for. Thanks. Hopefully this helps you.

Wild yam works as women’s supplement

Wild yam is a women’s supplement which works very good especially for menopause. I have no hot flashes and it has also helped when I started to lose my hair due to low estrogen hormone . Wild yam is a natural supplement and I have not experienced any side effects.

生理痛が緩和されました！

生理痛がとても酷くてロキソニンがなければ起き上がることが困難なくらい辛かったんですがこちらを夜2錠毎日飲み続けたら次の生理の時痛みがかなり改善されました。具体的にはロキソニンを飲めばお腹の痛みはほぼないくらいです。さすがにロキソニンなしでは辛かったんですがロキソニンを飲む回数も減りました。まぐれかと思ったんですが2回続けて前に比べると楽な生理痛だったので多分こちらの商品のおかげだと思います。
