Nonstick Frying Pan - 12" Hard Anodized Aluminum Skillet with Vented Glass Lid - Induction Compatible & Oven Safe Large Fry Pan

I did a lot of reviewing before deciding to go with this lesser known brand, and I'm very pleased with it! It is heavy and well-balanced, sits beautifully flat on my glass-top stove. Definitely non-stick, heats evenly, and can basically be wiped clean. I followed the recommendation of using a small amount of oil in the heated pan before cooking and this has been fabulous. I definitely recommend this cookware.

Gave the Kitchara Hard Anodized 12 Inch Fry Pan to my wife for Christmas. She kept saying she wanted a really good fry pan. This pan fits the bill perfectly. We have had a chance to use it several times. This pan is really heavy. If you have weak arms be ready to use both hands to pick it up. You can not handle it with one hand. If you follow the directions, nothing sticks to the surface. Clean up is a matter of adding a little dish soap, some water and wiping it clean. I do a lot of cooking and would highly recommend this pan.

This is the best pan. Owned mine for over 5 years. I use it everyday. Still cleans up like a breeze. Sears meat almost as good as cast iron. I bought one for my niece for Christmas too. I can't recommend it enough. Just love it.

I bought this to replace a similarly sized pan. My old pan was just a little taller on the sides and slightly smaller in diameter. I miss my old pan's shape and size. This pan though is excellent in other ways as expected: great heat distribution, very easy cleanup, and seems very rugged. I've used it for a few months now and nothing has stuck. I have an induction stove. One of the important things about using an induction stove is that the pans have to be perfectly flat. So far this pan has not warped at all.

This pan is fantastic. It is the best non-stick pan I have owned. You cannot use the non-stick cooking spray, but once you get out of that habit, you will love the pan!! It is very easy to clean.

It seems to be a good, solid large pan that is balanced perfectly. I tested it tonight by heating a couple of tablespoons of olive oil to saute a bunch of whole asparagus spears and beef. The oil evenly dispersed across the entire pan and cooked everything perfectly. Perfectly balanced and stayed flat through the entire cooking process.

I’m using this pan on a Duxtop induction cooktop. It distributes the heat better than other pans I’ve used which says a lot since this pan is very large. It is heavy, hard to lift and tip with one hand, but I’m ok with that. Easiest to clean than anything I’ve owned - the handle bolts on the inside of the pan are coated with the same coating so there is no place for food to hide and stick around the bolts. Very happy with this purchase.

Would not recommend it for Induction cooking. The Kitchara nonstick 12” frying pan indicates that it supports induction cooking. It is a faux induction pan (looks like afterthought construction)…in that it has a 8.25” magnetic plate on the bottom (not in core) of the 12” pan, which is completely inadequate for cooking. If you do the math, less than 50% of the surface is magnetic. Therefore the heat does not go across the whole bottom or up the sides, and is not in direct contact with food. This results in food at edges not cooking and had to have it on a very high setting to even be close to a ‘real’ induction cooking pan. Very misleading that anyone would use this for induction, if they had cooked with ‘real’ induction cookware that has magnetic material in the core and all the way up the sides.
