It took me a LONG time to put this thing together, and I needed help from someone who puts a LOT of furniture together. The one page instructions are completely useless if furniture assembly is something you're not VERY familiar with. The orientation of the pictures is not helpful, there's no words, some of the parts are manually crossed off (in the factory I presume), and you kind of need to 'just know' that some of the pictures are not quite showing the exact model you're dealing with. An email to the support email address yielded and out of office reply that said "We're on vacation, check back in four days". Also, the doors and wheels have no pilot holes.After you get this thing together though, it's great. Wonderful build quality and looks great in my office. So to sum up :Assembly/Instructions/Support - One Star, lots of frustration and swear words. If you're like me and you don't assemble furniture regularly plan on getting a buddy.After Assembly - Four or four and a half stars. Great cabinet.

The piece came packed well and arrived 2 days earlier than expected and nicer than expected but when it was time to put it together I am very glad I've done this before. The instructions were seriously lacking. The pictures showed nothing and when it came to putting the doors on, it may as well have said "good luck and by the way grab a power drill because you are drilling your own holes for the doors" there weren't even marks of where to drill the holes. I've never seen a cabinet that has doors on it and not have pre-drilled holes nor pre-drilled holes for the wheels (at least that one in the instructions tell you, you need to drill the holes yourself).

I'm pretty good at putting stuff together. Even this item, although the instructions are not very instructive. Still, I got it put together -- mostly. Then I discovered I need a drill to put the doors and legs on. It would have been nice to know that before I started putting it together. My drill is not in the same state as I am, yet. Putting together new furniture in our new home. Unfortunately, this will remain halfway put together until the move is complete and my drill joins me. In among the stacks of boxes of stuff I can't put away yet because, ya know, not put together yet cupboards. Still, buy these. I can tell they'll be great. Eventually.

Up until the very end, assembly was fairly easy. However the last part required a drill because there were not pre-drilled holes to attach the doors. However, besides the assembly it has held up well and looks great in the office. We use it to store our office supplies and printer paper.

This is a substantial piece of furniture. The casters add mobility yet are lockable. All parts were included and the finishes are better than expected. The only downside is that the assembly instructions are graphics only - no written instructions. I would not have been able to assemble it, but my husband, who has previous experience assembling furniture as able to handle it. Overall very pleased.
