My husband is currently on his second bottle of this Saw Palmetto supplement and has been very happy with it. He’s 40 and doesn’t have any diagnosed prostate issues; he simply likes being proactive about his wellness and decided to incorporate saw palmetto into his supplement routine. It says in the directions take two soft gels twice daily with food. My husband takes half that and said he got good results and only having to get up to go once at the night. I tried a capsule by emptying it out in the palm of my hand since I can't take any kind of capsules. The inside is a beige colored soft stuff like a thick gravy consistency and has (to me) a nasty stale rancid taste. But I probably won't buy this again for myself. My husband says it works well for him but he has a cast iron gut. I will see how it works to strengthen my hair and follow up here.

I've been using this pretty consistently for the last month or two due to the claims that it helps with prostate health and maybe some ED issues. I can't really say that it's done much for the ED, as I haven't really noticed much of improvement, but it has seemed to have helped with the too frequent and sudden need to urinate badly. Pill size is not too big and it's super easy to swallow due to it's gel like capsule.

It’s a legit stuff but be aware - you are buying only 22.5 days supply. It’s not obvious from the first sight because it says serving size is 2 capsules but if you pay attention then it says take 2 capsules twice a day! Who would sell less than a month supply??? They’ve done everything for you to believe it’s a good deal. Very deceiving!
