HappyHapi 7 Pairs Book Ends, Heavy Duty Bookends for Shelves, Black

These bookends are simple but very useful. My books finally stay organized and look much neater on the shelf. They feel sturdy and do the job well. I’m glad I bought them and would definitely recommend them.

These are an excellent version of a classic basic bookend design. I'm buying more.

These work well, are sturdy, plus, they have a hole in the base, as pictured, to secure them to a shelf if needed. I added mouldings to my shelves, so, when the bracket is pressed against it, it is going no where except during an earth quake or something. The bracket is holding about six feet of books up straight. If using the screw, I would keep it to the outside of the book stack, as pictured, to keep the book level, especially a soft cover and to avoid a screw rusting against a book because the paper had acid in it. The listing shows bright white, they are more an almond or antique white, white is the vertical metal shelf system and the so far unpainted PVC moulding trim. Which are not BRIGHT white like the paint used on the wall behind the shelves. Though I was a tad disappointed that the brackets where not a true white, as shown on the listing, someone else will likely be happy theirs was that color or would not notice at all. My wife did not notice the color difference and did not care what color they are. imho, So, nothing worth deducting a star, just showing it in case someone is truly set on a bright white bracket. I liked these so much, I ordered a second set and I am likely to order a 3rd, if that means anything. Just glad to have them and my wife is even happier because it's her library I made.

They are larger and heavier than I expected. Bookends are very well made and hold the books upright and in place. I have a lot of cook books and this keeps them organized.

Although not super heavy, do seem to be holding things upright! Was originally worried they'd be too light and tip. I'd give it 3 stars in the 'non-tip' category. Non-slip seems to work well. Overall like the design and the look. Works as expected.

If you have a lot of books to organize, this set is a fantastic bargain. Getting 7 pairs (14 pieces) in one pack allowed me to tidy up my entire office and still have some left over for the kids' rooms. Despite being lightweight metal, they are surprisingly sturdy. The T-shape design uses the weight of the books themselves to anchor the support, and the non-skid foam pads on the bottom do a great job of preventing them from sliding out, even with heavier hardcovers. They have a low profile, so they virtually disappear on the shelf, which I prefer over bulky decorative bookends. Highly recommended for anyone who needs a simple, effective solution in bulk.

Son sencillos, simples y funcionales, sirven para lo que son. No tiene diseño alguno por lo que no son decorativos pero se ven bastante bien y hasta llegan a no verse.

For me, these have been perfect. Functional with no fancy stuff, built to last. A pair holds over a dozen large cookbooks well. Definitely would recommend if you don't need a fancy-looking pair of bookends.

From a professional view, these are excellent. They are well finished, and non slip on the shelves, as well as a good height to hold up floppy material.
