FINIS Spandex Cap - Swimming Cap for Women and Men

I recently purchased the Finis Swim Cap and I couldn't be happier with my choice! As an avid swimmer, I've gone through my fair share of swim caps, but this one stands out for all the right reasons. First and foremost, the fit is fantastic. It snugly hugs my head without feeling too tight or constricting, allowing me to focus solely on my strokes without any distractions. The material is incredibly comfortable, it doesn't pull on my hair or irritate my scalp like some other caps I've tried in the past. Moreover, the Finis Swim Cap is incredibly durable. I've been using it for several weeks now, and it still looks and feels brand new. The high-quality construction means I don't have to worry about it tearing or wearing out prematurely. I prefer lycra/spandex caps because they are easy to get on and off. It is made out of material similar to what your swim suit is made out of. This cap is comfortable fits my somewhat large head. This cap does the job of keeping my hair out of my face while swimming and keeps the rubber from my goggles/mask from pulling my hair. I wore this cap about 3-4 times a week over the past 4 months, swimming/snorkeling in the ocean and occasionally in a swimming pool. It has held up beautifully, not faded or stretched out. I rinse it with fresh water after each swim. I love it and the added security of being more visible when I am swimming in the ocean.

Great swim cap in terms of ease of wearing and removing the cap. It's a tad too small so I can see it slipping off if you don't have a big head. Definitely prefer it over the latex ones- it is a killer to put on those latex rubbery swim caps because it is too tight and each time you do I'm sure you've all felt not just a tug on each of your strands of hair, but it feels like you are being descalped. Just kidding, I wouldn't say it is that bad, but it is not the best feeling. This cap is good

This cap fit perfectly and was easy to get on. However, I didn't realize that it offered absolutely no protection against getting your hair wet. It was soaked! And water got into my ears as well. I had to buy another cap.

Extemely comfortable, easy to put on, doesn’t l feel like my head is in a vise grip. Note: This cap doesn’t keep your hair dry so don’t buy if that is what you’re after. Get one a silicone cap instead. Basically, this cap provides the cover required in my Y’s pool and that’s all I wanted.

I've tried a few spandex swim caps over the years, and this one is the best I've used. The seams are all well sewn and the fabric seems to me to be somewhat thicker and more resilient than some others by swimming brands I recognize. Note that this is very different from most traditional swim caps, which are made of some combination of latex and/or rubber (and thus entirely water proof). This swim cap is porous and water absorbent, given the fact that it's made of spandex. When you swim, your hair still gets wet wearing it. So, why use a swim cap like this? I prefer a spandex over a latex or rubber cap for swimming laps simply because 1) It keeps my hair out of my face and off my forehead 2) It doesn't tear at my hair when taking it on and off 3) I don't feel like my head is being smashed like a grape every time I wear it If you haven't used a spandex swim cap, I totally recommend one -- and this one seems to be a good deal. For me, comfortable gear makes lap swimming much more enjoyable and something I look forward to doing (as opposed to dreading). ................. This product was NOT given to me as part of any promotion. I bought it after doing some comparison shopping and this review is entirely the result of my own opinions and use of the product.

This is my third attempt at finding a swim cap that is snug without pulling. This one is a winner. I have an average head, with average hair length (just short of shoulder length) but the last two caps I tried were either too small or too large. This one is just right (with a nod to Goldilocks).The color is gorgeous and vibrant, it's easy to put on and take off, doesn't pinch, doesn't pull my hair and holds everything secure off my face. Since I wear an MP3 player on my goggles with the speakers just in front of my ears, a smooth fit that allows the ears to be free is important to me and this cap delivers. It doesn't keep my hair dry, but I didn't expect it to, since it's Spandex and not latex. (I just comb a little coconut oil through my hair before I get it wet and have found that the color and texture are unaltered by the chlorine.)

I gave the is cap 2 stars because it did not keep the water out. I am keeping it to wear to bed as a night cap or just to keep my hair out of the way. I tried this cap out in the sink prior to wearing at the pool and it did not work. I only use a small amount of water and I had my hand inside and my hand was saturated. The cap is very comfortable and it did fit easily over my locs. NOT FOR WATER!!!

I have found that the cap fits well. I have a large head, and usually find it difficult getting a cap to fit comfortably. I am very happy with my new finis cap, and will definitely buy it again in the future.

Me gusta que dura mucho más que los de latex, el último de látex que tuve duró sólo 4 meses. El de licra lleva más de dos años y aún está en perfecto estado.

I've been looking for a swim cap that wasn't made from the usual material that is difficult to put on and pulls hair as you take it off. This one is perfect! It's made of a material like swim suits, so it doesn't keep water out (I wasn't looking for that anyhow), sits comfortably, doesn't come off while you swim and is easy to get off. I'd definitely buy again.
