The flip up visor is essential; definitely beats “grind mode” on competitors and smoothly allows customization with auto darkening lenses. The halo is adjustable to many hard hats which was a big worry. Wouldn’t recommend repeated drops I cracked mine 2 months into ownership

Awesome helmet, looks killer

OK, welding Hood flip lens is a bit tight to raise up can survive a bit of a drop is a bit heavier until you trim it down. If so desired clarity depends on the lens that you use could be priced a little lower not too bad overall.

I Have used this Style for 25 years

Have had this same helmet and only has one small crack in it but I’ve dropped 150ft and it still in one peice

I’ve used these hoods and nothing else for the last 14 years.. Durable and great quality..

Other hoods weigh too much compared to this product. Great for all day use!!

its a nice hood feels cheaper than the older ones but it does its job but the flip up part doesn’t close right so sometimes the sun creeps through other than that can’t complain to much
