My dog loves the sun, but this summer he managed to get a nasty hot spot covering his whole going area. ☹️ He was miserable and nipping at it, making it worse, so I did a quick search for something that could help and not break the bank. This is it! It was delivered same day, and within seconds of applying it to my suffering pooch's sensitive bits, his skin cooled, the red started fading, and he settled down in obvious relief. An hour later you couldn't even tell it had been there, except for the little sore he'd made by biting at himself. By the next day (and after another couple of light applications), that was healed too. A few days later my neighbor's cat straggled up on my porch while his human was at work, yowling for help. He'd been in a fight and had a chewed up ear and small bite on his back. Now this is no ordinary cat; he is a mean, city savvy fella who trusts no one all the way. He likes me, but will turn on a dime to attack if he feels I've offended him in the slightest. But he was hurting and coming to me, so I grabbed this magical potion and aimed a couple of good squirts at his wounds. He was immediately ticked off, but then just as fast he stopped, shook his head a few times, and settled down. I gave him another squirt just to be sure, which made him run off because of course this was rude. When I saw him later, his mood was much improved and his ear (not seriously wounded) was starting to heal nicely. This product is now a part of my pet care shelf for always! It did not irritate sensitive skin, and didn't make my dog sick even when he licked it (which he didn't do much because he didn't feel a need to). And I had to spray it directly on his privates, which made me a little nervous, but that didn't seem to bother him either. Absolutely recommend having this around if you've got a pet prone to accidents, fights, and/or hot spots.

My pup had been dealing with some irritated patches and hot spots, and nothing seemed to help—until I tried Forticept Maxi-Wash. This spray has been a total lifesaver! It’s easy to apply, doesn’t sting, and my dog doesn’t freak out when I use it (which is a win in itself). Within just a couple of days, I noticed the redness going down and my dog stopped constantly licking and scratching the area. It’s been great for keeping the skin clean and promoting healing without harsh chemicals or strong odors. If your dog is struggling with hot spots or minor skin issues, this stuff really works. I’ll definitely be keeping a bottle on hand for future flare-ups!

Temporary relief and some healing. I use it twice a day and spray and rub in. Flea control which I usually do bravecta 3 mo. Product with bathing every 2 weeks and good healthy food. High quality food with protein and much less fillers. I give left over chicken and good ground beef and high quality wet food 3 times a week along with treats that on a small amount along with egg yolk and either olive oil or left overs. Good quality dry food and bully sticks which can be a bit pricey from cosco. We cut them in half with a skill saw . They’ve doubled in price. Actually we over feed our dogs so we’ve cut back on treats and depending on their physcal endurance on certain weeks we cut back on treats and how often we feed them . Dogs can go some days with just eating in evening. 1 time a day a day to cleanse their system. Especially the days their activity level is low. Less is better. Dogs get use to feeding on healthy and good decisions as do humans . Activity and love and space. Decipline. Love you’ve your animals and feed them especially on their activity levels!, sometimes we all need to let our bodies cleans. 1 or 2 days a mo. Isn’t gonna kill us to fast and cleanse. We may feel better so will dogs and cats. Better quality means less food. The more junk you eat the more hungry you are. Especially sugar and Carbs. So will your pets. High protein and exercise. Treats three time a week. We’d all have a better life and especially exercise. For dogs everyday a good walk and a good run of freedom makes us happier and healthier. Received this spray along with the Forticept Blue Butter Gel and in just a couple of days of cleaning it with the spray treatment and then applying the blue butter hot spot gel my dogs hot spots on his face are dry and scabbing. I am using some wipes to apply the spray onto them and then clean up the area as Zeus (dogs name) does not like to have me spray his face, it may be because it is so close to his eyes. After I clean it up with the spray I then apply the gel. He gets down on the floor and happily lets me clean him up and apply the gel to him. He really enjoys the feeling, which is a big plus as he is skittish of most treatments and he is a big and strong (110 lbs) lab, and when he does not want something done to him it becomes almost impossible to do. Great products and easy to use.

My poor dog had one diaper rash and i wanted to improve her healing, but instead after applying the spray Hot spot, it literally made her break out in multiple "hot spots" even out of the diaper area, not sure if she is allergic to it or its too strong, but the poor thing has open wounds now. The update is that the company reached out to me after the review, and refunded me for the item wich tells of excellent customer service. My dog healed the spots after a couple of weeks after i stopped applying this item.

All I can say is wow! Absolutely 100% satisfied with this purchase. My Shar-lei yellow lab mix has skin issues sometimes. This time it was a hotspot that he kept excessively licking making it worse. On top of him having an itchy painful hotspot he’s also very nervous and fearful of pretty much everything. Meaning for me to spray something on him, even though it’s for his own good it’s very stressful for him. I worked him through the process because it had to be done and it needed to be done quickly. I desensitized him and rewarded him for allowing me to spray the “stuff” on him. Long story short it arrived Friday, May 1. I used it once that night, twice the next day, and to be perfectly honest, I completely forgot to use it on the third day. I picked up again the fourth day using it only once and his hotspot is literally almost completely healed and now we’re just waiting for the fur to grow back. I had used another spray for over a week on him only to see very minimal results. I definitely highly recommend purchasing the spray whether it be specifically for fast relief and healing of hotspots. I haven’t had to use it for anything else yet, but I am fully confident if I do I will be satisfied with the results as well!

This stuff has worked wonders. I paired it with the Forticept blue gel for my dog, as she had an itch that was causing her to bite so badly she was cutting her skin and crying out as she bit. I wanted to exhaust all my options before taking her to the vet, I was so worried about what was causing it and how to make it better, but after shaving the area and treating the skin with the spray and butter, her skin has completely cleared up! After using both products coupled with a soft cone to prevent her from licking at the product, she stopped biting at her butt and now the area is slowly healing, but all her scabbing is now gone and what was once an immense stress on me is now looking up. So glad I found this product!! The price may be intimidating at first if you’re on a budget, but I have to say it beats a costly visit to the vet at the end of the day.
