Is this 4 boxes of 10? For $32.95? That's just over $8 a box?? Am I reading this correctly?

Seems ridiculously priced to me when walmart sells a box of 10 pouches for a little over $2

Yes, in Illinois they're recyclable.

I am sure it must be. It is mostly water.
