New Shadowhawk doesn't match Original Shadowhawk X800
I ordered the Shadowhawk X00 to trouble shoot my Original Shadowhawk. The Shadowhawk I received has a larger body and the button (on/off) isn't interchangeable. My old Shadowhawk doesn't work and you offer no parts list to repair or replace. I called the seller and left my telephone number and didn't receive a call back. I needed instructions on removing the LED Bulb (what tool is needed). I also need the actuator for the orange button assemble that would fit the older and smaller Original Shadowhawk X800.

What a difference a year makes
I liked this flashlight so much I decided I wanted to buy another so imagine my surprise when I opened the box and saw they put the wrong battery in there. Well turns out they decided to go cheap and put the smaller one in the box to save money and not let us poor saps know. The flashlight still works but guess which one has the longer use life? Just saying.

Good Customer Service, Mediocre Product
Shortly after receiving the flashlight, the lens fell out. The flashlight was not dropped, abused, or otherwise mistreated. It spent 90% of its time in my glovebox and was cushioned between the left and right hands of a set of gloves. Once the lens popped out, the flashlight was useless. Am not overjoyed with the performance of the flashlight, but the process to resolve this was a good experience. The seller simply sent out a new flashlight and did so in reasonably short order. So far, the new one is performing well. Having said this, the lens on the new flashlight is ever so slightly loose, but it does stay in place and seemingly does not degrade the flashlight's ability to focus the light.

X800 is the best tactical flashlight on the market, period!
X800 flashlight is simply the best on the market, period! It is truly a 5- star product! Here are the must qualities of a 4-star flashlight:- Bright- Adjustable brightness and beam zoom- Rechargeable with long battery life- Tough build- Dust and water proof- Several flash modes- On/off push button in the back of the handleThere are plenty flashlights on the market that have these qualities. What separates and makas X800 a 5-star flashlight is it's perfect ergonomics. - It is small but perfectly fits into any hand size from small to large. In facts it fits in the hand so we'll that it can be even used as a defensive weapon if needed. And the last but not the least - it costs only $20!

Poor quality light and misleading ad.
Poor quality light. The LED came loose shortly after receiving it. It still works, but with the brightness of a night light. The light included no plastic case as shown in the photo, just a cardboard box. And the battery (as someone else has mentioned) was smaller (cheaper) that it should have been and had a plastic sleeve around it to make it fit into the light. $20 for a good light is a good deal, but $20 bucks for cheap, misidentified junk is like throwing your money away. If zero stars was an option I would have chosen that.

Charger doesn't work
The first time I tried to charge it the charging cord will not fully insert into the charger. The red light remains on indefinitely which tells me the battery is not charged. I have searched the entire Shadowhawk website and there is no info on how to contact the company. It's a worthless item if I can't charge it and company is suspect if they cannot be contacted.

Looking the same as the $5.99 Ace Hardware not on sale.
Ordered the light Tuesday and will arrive around May 27. After I ordering it I showed my dad to see if he would like on for fathers day? He tells me that he already has one? That he purchased about a year ago at Ace Hardware. When he showed me this light it is so close it could pass the DNA test. He bought his light for $5.99. So then I am looking at the Amazon web page on the light and getting upset as this light more likely is a scam just like the tp360. When it arrives, and it is the exact duplicate my fathers $5.99 light is it will be returned.

Great little flashlight
The battery doesn't stay charged very long, however, this is a great little flashlight. Charging doesn't take 5 hours like stated, charging takes over night sometimes as much as 15 hours or more. I advise to go online and get a replacement battery for this to keep charged all the time as a spare. Overall, nice size and nice light.
