What crib mattress did everyone purchase for this crib?

I bought a standard crib size mattress from Target.....one side is for infants and the other is for toddlers.

Is this solid wood or MDF (any part)?

Hi- The crib is made of sustainable New Zealand pine wood and TSCA compliant MDF. Thanks, Davinci Baby

How do I convert it to a full size bed without using a foot board?

You necessarily don't need a foot board. The headboard will connect to a full size bed frame...no footboard needed.
