I started taking this 10-23-2017 to 1-25-2018 every single day, so I’ve hit the 3 month mark. I read that it was best to take a break every 3-4 months of use for a week and to do a cleanse.I’ve been a skinny girl all of my life so the EXTREMELY RARE time I would gain weight, it would go to my hips, butt, and thighs. Since my metabolism is so high, the weight obviously wouldn’t stick. *EDIT/UPDATEAfter trial and error, and some research, I discovered the hard way that it's very important to take progesterone if you are taking estrogen supplements especially if you are of menstrual age and have hit menopause yet. Unless you are officially severely estrogen deficient as determined by testing, it's very important to take the two together to balance each other out. I felt wonderful for about 5 days and then had severe PMS symptoms and nearly lost my mind. After some research I ran out and bought a chasteberry (vitex) supplement at GNC for $8 and immediately felt better the following day. Chasteberry is the plant equivalent of puearia mirifica but produces progesterone. With these two together I feel better than I have in a long time, my energy is up, I look younger and my hair is thick and shiny. Let it also be noted that I'm taking about 1/3 capsule of both puearia mirifica and chasteberry daily. It doesn't take much.This is a MIRACLE plant, hence the word mirifica. I took this once a long time ago, coincidentally it caused me to get pregnant after a year of trying (was also taking pre-natal vitamins as suggested) but the two worked!In 5 days - my energy has improved, my PMS has lessened, my skin is tighter and face fuller-not as saggy/droopy, my breasts have increased maybe 25% and my hair is thicker and shiny. I highly HIGHLY recommend this plant for an all over health and beauty supplement.overall just feel mentally well and healthy. I have been taking 1 Raw Ovarian capsule once a day and 2 Pueraria Mirifica Extract capsules twice a day both from a popular vitamin company. I switched the pueraria extract for this Barlowe's Root Powder supplement based on the excellent reviews. 1 550 mg capsules seems to provide more results than 2 of their extract capsules. So now I am taking 1 of these Barlowe's caps twice a day and 1 Raw Ovarian once a day. I am only a few days in and I am very satisfied so far. Chest, thighs, and butt all feel heavier and look a little bigger which is what I wanted. My shorts, jeans, and shirts are already feeling a little tighter as well. I would have given this product 5 stars if the price had been a bit more reasonable. So for those that are only looking for chest development do be warned that you may get curvier all over.

Helps with my hot flashes will never not buy

I have never had uterine cysts. My menstrual cycle has always been normal and healthy. Any ultrasounds I've had have always shown no findings (I would get an ultrasound to check my IUD). Within one month of taking this herb (from this company), I developed a large uterine cyst which burts and landed me in the hospital with the most severe pain I've ever had in my life (needed morphine, and still felt some pain even after the morphine). The acute pain lasted for about 24 hrs, so I had to take Norco's just to be able to lay down and rest. After that I suffered a lot of pain for 10 days. CT scan showed tons of fluid all over my pelvis and abdomen. I had a CT scan, ultrasound, and bloodwork that confirmed it was a cyst. Now, I love herbs, and BY NO MEANS am I saying that pueraria won't work for many women. But for me, this is what happened. Since the rupture, I've had another ultrasound (about 2 mo later) and I had not taken the pueraria mirifica since prior to the cyst rupture. I have no cysts anywhere and everything appears normal....again....PLEASE beware. I think the responsible thing would be to have one's hormones checked before deciding on this herb. I don't have any signs of estrogen dominance or high estrogen, and yet this is what happened to me. I'm 33 years old, and again, developed this problem for the first time ever in my life within one month of starting the herb. Process of elimination.....just consider it and be responsible about taking this herb. I was not responsible and I own that.

I have been taking this product for about a month now. I was taking it to enhance my breast size. I had a baby and before I was an A cup, and after the baby my breasts don't even fill out my A cup bra. Its has been sad and embarrassing for me. I was always made fun of for my chest size. It has made me insecure. I wanted to find something to help. I came across an interesting article about this stuff and I decided to give it a try. So far the progress I have noticed are my hair and nails are growing beautifully, and thick. Nothing with my breasts. I only take 1 a day and I don't have any menstrual problems. My cycle has been on point, no heavy bleeding and a normal amour of time. I mention this because some of the reviews I have seen say there was heavy bleeding for days. I was worried and I promised my boyfriend I would stop taking this if I had scary issues like that. No change in my breasts, I am very bummed out but i have decided to continue this method for at least 6 months. If anyone reads this and has another suggestion, please let me know asap.

I have been using them for 9 days now and I immediately saw a reduction of hot flashes and night sweats (even though its end nov I still get them in winter ) and I have been taking only half a capsule per day. 275 mg. I am taking it for postmenopausal reasons as I am 52 but have had been pushed into meno from 2002 due to a surgery side effect. I have suffered then got on HRT then off, then suffered again and I have decided to go to absolutely natural herbs (not even bioidenticals) and am going to take with DIM 50mg and Vitex or small amounts of progesterone creams (source naturals ) for 2 weeks of the month. I am happy that so far this has addressed or contained my chief complaints in a short period of time and I have not noticed anything by way of fast hair growth or thickening of hair, but I am sure that will take place in time. My hair has grown a little greasier maybe due to the progesterone cream I am taking, but it's winter so no hair frizz and hair gets poker straight for me in winter anyway. (i have asian hair with lots of coloring). My dryness down there has abated a little but not by much. But it will take place in time i hope. Breasts are a tad bit firmer ( i wanted that as I was sagging a little) but not larger and I don't want them to be as I am a small c anyway and I am only 5.3 inches. I am going to continue this a month or 2 and then going to go down further in dose to 150 mg per day as maintenance down the lane.I wanted this after returning others as this states to be cultivated white kwao krua and no additives like tons of vit B12 which stimulates appetite. I gave a 5 star already depending on the results I have seen in 9 to 10 days.

I bought this to help with acne and while I am happy with my breast size, I did not mind if they got bigger. I gave four stars because it cleared up my skin nicely. If my breasts got bigger, it's barely noticeable. So the product served its purpose for me. Now here's the downside. I began to get regular ocular migraines, a condition where there is an expanding shimmering shape in your vision, which lasts for about 5-30 mins. This may or may not be accompanied by a headache(during, before or after). I did some research and found that this condition is linked to high levels of estrogen. Since I stopped taking them I have not had any ocular migraine. So this has confirmed it for me! I hope this may help anyone who may be experiencing the same effects. Other than this, the products worked well for my skin. I don't believe it should be taken long term. Please research the herb well before you decide to use it.*************update**********************About a couple of months after I stopped taking PM, I noticed my acne returned. So I decided to try PM once more but with lessened dosage. Through my research I discovered that no one could give a proper recommended dosage. I read that it should not be taken during menstruation. I believe this is true because looking back at my records I realized that would get the ocular migraines during or around the time of menstruation. So its been about a month since I started and no ocular migraines yet. The dosage that seems to be working for me is one capsule every other day(on evenings) and none during menstruation. My skin is clear once more and I intend to take a couple months break between bottles.20/11/16I have gradually increased the dosage to 1 capsule per day and still none during menstruation. I am happy to report that I have not had any negative side effects so far. So I have upgraded my rating to 5 stars.
