Nu Republic Funx 2 Bluetooth Wireless Over Ear Headphones with Mic (X-Bass) (Black)

HEAR ME OUT, I dont generally write reviews. But the value of this headphones forced me to write one. I HAVE USED THIS HEADPHONE FOR 4 MONTHS NOW. I will divide my review into Pros and Cons. So here I goPROS:1. Sound Quality: The bass is awesome. Your ears will start vibrating , literally!! The vocals, treble are PERFECT. No doubt on the sound quality2. COMFORT: OMG It feels like feathers on your ear. I wore it once for 6 hours (while travelling) and not a single ear pain. The leather is so smooth and it is a type of memory foam. NO PROBS WITH COMFORT.3. BATTERY LIFE: I watched 2 complete movies of 3 hrs and listened to 1 hr of music, Sti had about 10% battery left. Charging time from 0 to 100 is 1-2 Hours. THE BEST BATTERY LIFE IN THE SEGMENT4. PORTABILITY: THE Headphones flips and becomes completely flat. I would suggest getting a headphone case for it5. Customer Service: I was having issues with my power button. I contacted them and they said to ship them the product. AND YOU WONT BELIEVE no questions asked, they shipped me a brand new one after 2 days. AFTER SALES SERVICE IS SOO GOOD6. Overall build: The headphones feel solid and do not feel flimsy at all. The buttons give you a tactile feel. Build wise it is awesome. Plastic quality is very good. It gives a very premium feel.CONS:1. Very rarely i did see bluetooth disconnection. So connection wise it can be improved. Out of 100 uses once or twice disconnections.CONCLUSION: This brand and the headphones are underrated. This is much better than the cheapo boAt headphones. This feels very premium for its price. Some people are complaining about the sound quality but listen BEGGARS CANNOT BE CHOOSERS. If you want the worlds best sound go for Bose Headphones. This is the best headphone for it price sound quality wise. DO NOT LISTEN TO THE NEGATIVE REWIEWS. I have used it for 4 months and i completely recommend it.GO FOR IT BLINDLY. DO NOT THINK TWICE. I have researched for 3 months and bought this. I compared jbl, boat, sony, and other headphones. And sound quality, comfort and battery of this headphone cannot be beaten. DO NOT GO FOR BOAT HEADPHONES. Those feel like pebbles on your ears.WORTH EVERY PENNY. BUY IT

portability, bass, bluetooth connectivity works great without any flaws. Works great with iPhone - better than the lightening earbuds. The play, plause, previous & next button available on the headphone works fine.Cons:Cannot connect more than one device simultaneously via bluetooth.Voice loudness is little low when connected to Macbook Pro.If you take out the headphone, you can still hear the voice which is a bummer. The person sitting beside you can hear what song you are listening to :-).

Battery life is hardly 4 hours. Sound quality was okay but it stopped working after 2 months. They have replacement warranty for 12 months. But they send USED, REPAIRED and P0OR QUALITY that has no clarity,no bass, and all hissy sound.Also, we have bear the cost of courier product to Alchemie (their outsourced service partner) at Delhi. Cost me Rs 300 to send once. Now they are asking to send again. So that will be Rs 600 extra on a Rs 1500 headphone. And I am sure they would send a USED REPAIRED one again. so I am just going to buy a new one from a good brand now. Lesson learned,

Okay Okay Product with good built quality. If they can improve Sound quality these will become Excellent products.

I am a college student and usually after class, I already plug in my headphones and listen to songs. It connects to your devices really fast. The aux cable is an added advantage since if the charge rooms out, you can still use it. It does a really good job in reducing the mode of the surroundings so that you can listen peacefully. It has an amazing bass. Although some of you may find the maximum volume to be lower, I am okay with it. It is worth noting that you cannot use the mic and the headphones (high quality) at the same time. The sound quality changes to mono (lower quality) when using the mic. The headphones look and feel premium with those extra soft cushions so that you can use them for long hours without hurting yourself.

I really love everything about these headsets, except for the robustness of its bluetooth hardware.The sound quality is good (as good as it gets in this price range); the battery backup is more than 3 hours (as long as one is keeping the volume to a humane level); the headband is wrapped in a soft (foam?) cover which ensures that the headset doesn't break easily (I have broken 2 other headsets of an other brand, even while using them quite normally.)I have bought this product twice. The bluetooth (i.e., wireless) mechanism of the first piece stopped working within around 8-9 months. In fact, none of the buttons on the headset were working, even when connected to my mobile via a wire (the sound quality hadn't changed).I sent the product to Nu Republic (via courier), and received another replacement piece within 2 weeks. This second piece also encountered the same problem after around 6 months of usage. Then, since I wasn't able to find any other headset which I liked as much as I did this one, I placed my second order (on Amazon). This time, it didn't last for even 6 months, before facing the exact same set of issues.So, overall, this is a good piece, but its bluetooth wouldn't last for more than 6-9 months. (Note that it would still work as a wired headset, but none of the buttons may work.)

Sound is good for the price. Super comfortable to wear for long periods. Build quality is somewhat okay-ish.But the problem is when playing games like PUBG, As soon as you turn on the mic the sound becomes mono. No stereo sound. So its basically useless in games bcz you wont understand the directions of the gunshots or footsteps.
