Purchased these in 2020. Bought them because they gave the closest shave (0.5mm) compared to other clippers, and were both mains or rechargeable battery operated (so good for home and travel). Have been using them routinely every second or third day to shave head (full head shave on closest setting). They are the lightest clippers I've used, so that makes it easier. The cutting heads seem quite sharp compared to other brands I've used, so was worried on first use if it might cut skin... but it hasn't... had no problems at all. On average I charge them about once every 2.5 months (using for approx 4 to 5 mins each time / every 2 or three days), so the battery life has been brilliant... even after about 4 years of use. Very easy to clean. Cutters have stayed sharp (I oil them once every charge only... probably should do more!!). Even dropped them a few times into the bath whilst cutting hair... and they are not damaged. Taken travelling many times too. Only issue is the button is easy to accidentally turn on in a travel bag... which could be an issue when stored in a suitcase on a plane etc, but I just made a simple cardboard protective cover for them that prevents it accidentally turning on, and it's not been an issue. Overall... the best clippers I've ever used and would definitely recommend. So good to see a reasonably priced product that is actually of quality build and performs well. Good work guys at Renpho 🙂

I can't believe I've not used these before. I had the Braun model recently but this is the next step up. It provides incredible finish and it is really easy to use. My wife tried to use the previous model on me during lockdown and it was absolutely uncomfortable to use as it kept sliding between different nos but this was pretty easy to use and did an amazing job. The battery has lasted really long since I charged it. I used it to cut my hair. The best part about this little product is the little digital display (as you can see in the video) that shows how much battery you have left to use. How many times in the past with my other trimmers have I started to shave/trim and halfway through the battery has run out for me then having to wait till the battery charges again. This will tell you exactly when to put it back in for charging. The other good thing is you can increase/decrease the RPM of the blades (as you can see in the video) which is pretty great when you are trying to reach those slightly sensitive areas around your ears. The last good thing about this is the charger. Simple USB charger that can be plugged in any plug unlike pretty much every shaver that I have bought in the past that came with 2-pin plugs. Overall for design performance and user-ability, I would give this product 10/10. Highly recommended!

For the price bracket, this would be comparable to the Philips one blade. Pros: - innovative charging solution; two options both via USB. One micro-usb connector and one shaver port. Both cables are included in the box. - useful LCD screen tells you how much battery you have left - changing the RPM is useful when trying to conserve battery but do not see any other use for lowering the RPM - good weight and easy to manoeuvre. The blade itself is not obscured so useful when trying to line out beard on the cheeks or lining up around ears/hairlines. Cons: - does not provide a close enough trim. The Philips one blade gets much closer - I do not normally suffer irritation after using a trimmer but this irritated my neck when lining up my beard - would be useful if more clip on lengths were provided, at the moment it is no attachment, 1mm, 2mm and 3mm. A variety of lengths, perhaps 0.5mm increments up to 5mm would be more useful and flexible

I needed to get new clippers and went to look at the regular "known" brands and this popped up as something amazon recommended. Given that I already own the smart scales made by Renpho (which I think are excellent and as good if not better than the fitbit ones!) - I thought i'd try out another one of their products - as the features looked good for the price. Since its amazon.. if the product wasn't any good I knew I could just send it back. Now it has arrived, it seems spot on so I am keeping it, and think i've found a new company to keep an eye on for these sort of products. I travel for extended times throughout the year in different countries, so standardised power outlets/connectors aren't always there in hotel bathrooms etc. Having the battery % indicator should negate getting caught short mid trim if the clippers run out of batteries! (that has happened before..) Having tested it, it seems to be functional and looks like this battery will last for ages per charge! Spot on. Like with the Renpho smart scales, I think this product shows that its no longer a case of either buying established big name brands, or buying something from China that will break after a week. There seem to be a lot of good quality products being made by lesser known brands at an affordable price point. I think this is one of them. The device looks and feels robust and well made, the seams are all cleanly finished, and fit well together. The trimmer can be charged easily. I think it would benefit from having more guard lengths for people who need a different grade - but for me this isn't an issue, and it looks a pretty standard fit that other guards might work with. The operation of the unit isn't the quietest - but its also far from the nosiest. It's not going to wake someone up in the middle of the night! It also comes with a carry bag which ill use to keep it inside my washbag so that no loose hair gets into my toothbrush etc! Will be keeping an eye on this company from now on, as they are 2 for 2 on products I have bought!

What I have liked the most: - can achieve a very short trimming of my beard which I have mainly used the product for - sharp blade which makes for a very quick job – yet didn’t cut myself once, felt really safe to use - very good battery life and really like the fact it can be charged both from mains and USB - the battery indicator is also very convenient - light weight that makes it easy to use - carry bag is a nice touch I am also using a Philips BT5200/13 which is actually roughly the same price on amazon (£31). On thing I like better on the Philips is the fact the comb is integrated and adjustable instead having separate combs to swap, which offers a lot more length settings (including 4mm setting) without the risk of misplacing the combs. This is not a deal breaker on the Renpho though. That said if at least both a 4mm and 5mm could also be provided that would make it more versatile, maybe up to 8mm would be good. Also, my Philips is 100% waterproof which makes it easy to clean or use in the shower, which does not seem to be the case here. Also I did notice a drop of performance with the renpho when using on wet skin. All in all I think this is another really good product from Renpho which is hard to beat for beard trimming in this price range.

I must say the customer service is very poor, I tried to reach them for little help instead of helping they identified you are out of warranty.. In term of the product it's good quality it appear the charging port or charging capability is out of order after just charge for one time. Although the charge last fr long but I was unable to charge which is shame. Ask the same question from the seller I am yet to get satisfied response

I've had these clippers for 3 years now, and they've been absolutely brilliant. I've spent three times the price on cordless clippers from well known, professional brands, and these wipe the floor with them. Honestly, it's crazy how good they are. I use these to shave my whole head, and also trim, and edge my beard. I do this every three to four days. They shave REALLY short compared to standard cordless clippers. I'd say they shave the length in between a wet shave, and a 0 grade on clippers. Which is exactly what I'm after, just that bit shorter than a nought. They've got a really great T head on them as well, which make them ideal for shaping your beard line and edging. And lastly, the battery lasts absolutely ages! I hardly charge them, but use them really heavily. I've only just remembered to leave a review now, as I was checking to see if amazon still sell them. 100% recommended, and will be buying another set when these finally go.

Perfect for shaving head at 0.2mm Short enough to not show my white hair and long enough that it leaves a little stubble as I don't like the razor shaved look or feel. Actually enjoy cutting my hair again! Tried 5 other shavers but all 0.5mm, to long to achieve this. Only critism is that it "slightly" grabs, where as some of the other ones I tried where smoother to run over the head. But certainly not a huge issue just need to go a bit slower and to be fair I'm one of those impatient types. Also would be great if if you could use it in the shower.

edit: seller contacted me i thought that was really nice and unexpected and shows that they care about their individual customers anyways the E1 error message on device (as seen in video) disappeared by itself and i was able to charge again.. it is definitely a weird battery.. anyways i was able to shave my whole body so I'm happy for the time being like my arms and legs thighs feeling soft now without a single scratch... definitely one of the best t outliners in terms of cutting ability i really love it.. just hoping it will last me a few months because shaving with razors irritates my skin and gives me acne.. but not this machine anyways after i finished using the machine yesterday the charge was >80% but now i tried to turn it on and wouldn't.. plugged it in and it shows that the charge went down to 0% by itself... if only this machine had a more dependable battery as you can see in the video the machine battery is giving big problem it is not charging anymore i was hoping that it works for 3 months at least then I'll buy it again but didn't last longer than a month basically the device itself is a brilliant most best t outliner I've tried.. up there with andis..but what is the point if battery doesn't work anymore can i get my money back please?!! 😢

The product is great and as described, has fast charging and a long-life battery.

Acheter pour remplacer une Philips one blade qui m'avais lâché sans prévenir.. j'étais d'abord parti sur l'intention de reprendre une one blade, mais même si les prix étaient attractifs, le fait de devoir changer les lames tout les x mois me rebute au plus au point... De plus le prix des lames one blade.. voilà quoi.. je suis donc parti sur cette tondeuse qui revient au final moins chers que 2 Lames mais passons ce détail. J'avais deux " peur " avant l'achat, la première étais là largeur de la lame, je cherchais vraiment un rasoir de précision pour les contours de barbe/moustache. Au final la largeur est parfaite pour les contours au niveau de la moustache, du cou et des joue, il faudra par contre être un peut plus habile pour la partie menton/lèvre inférieure 😛 mais j'ai vite pris le coup de main. Pour ce qui est de la taille de coupe, les sabots ne m'intéresse pas du tout, j'ai une autre tondeuse Babyliss pour taillé ma barbe et mes cheveux a la longueur souhaitée, pour ce qui est du rasoir sans sabot il taille suffisamment près pour passer la tondeuse de finition sans problème par la suite ( whal detailler que j'ai acheté en même temps que cette tondeuse ) je n'ai pas de compas dans l'oeil, mais je dirais en 0.2 et 0.4mm c'est très très bien. Et le tout sans rougeurs, sans griffe ou même coupure comme beaucoup d'autre tondeuse m'ont fait. En résumé du très très bon, je ne regrette absolument pas mon achat et si elle viendrai a me lâché sans prévenir je reprendrait le même modèle sans hésiter 😁

I had another brand similar to these that had broken and were not available on Amazon anymore. So I had to search out another brand and found these. These clipper/trimmer works really great and I am pleased with this product. It depends on what you are looking for. If you want something strictly for cutting hair, then you may want to buy hair clippers that are wider. However, I have used these a good many times to buzz my hair down using the 1mm attachment. In addition, I use these to trim unwanted body hair and also around the neckline, ears and eyebrows. They work great and are very sharp. They are cordless and the battery holds a good charge and I have yet to recharge them since I received them and I have used these a lot. With most all product reviews.....If you are reading this review, then most likely you have read other product reviews similar to this one. With every positive review you will find a negative review too. I took a chance on these and am happy with the product. With anything you occasionally get a dud and that is why you can return it for a refund if it does not work as described.

It cuts my hair well, it's less noisy and it has long battery life!
