Though I have received black colored item, the purpose is solved.Make and functionality are upto the mark.The bristles are soft and sturdy.Only thing is when you can't deliver what you promised, then mention as "random color item will be sent".Otherwise it's good product.

The handle which comes with it does not fit properly. Although it's soft , it's not effective. The function it performs are very basic.

First of all it was not color I wanted. Ordered green got black.It hits the scalp very badly, I made a wrong choice by trusting it.
